I come here when I need a new watch battery or a tightening/​loosening. They have a wide variety of rings, bracelets, earrings, pendants, and chains for women. There really isn’t much for guys here, but they do have a lot of attractive pieces if you need a gift for someone else (or yourself). Fast service with a smile.

This guy’s have no idea what they doing don’t try fix anything here.

Came in to get watch sized. Great service. Quick. Only $ 7 total. Cheapest place in town for sure.

Family operated store headed by a sweet lady. She repaired my watch and explained what was wrong very well. Pleasant experience, would recommend for any watch repairs.

Just had a few links taken out of my watch here. The ladies were so nice and it only took about 5 minutes! Awesome!

My pearl necklace had to be redone, and all the places I called in San Diego told me to drop it off and pick it up in one to two weeks. Ridiculous, right? This was the only place that told me it could be done during the same day. The lady warned me that she can fix the necklace while I am there, if I don’t mind the wait. Yeah, she did make me wait a couple of hours for the necklace (which I later complained a little), but that is because she had that many customers. I came to realize how good she was with her customers. A good salesperson and great at repairing jewelry and watches. She made the necklace more durable by making knots in between the pearls.
Overall, a good place to get things repaired, and I would definitely return for any future jewelry repair. Thanks to Unilocal,I was able to find a good place for my pearls. 35 bucks in two hours compared to other places that requested 1 – 2 weeks. How about that?

Came in with 4 watches needing adjustment (confidence boost since I needed to get the bands smaller!). This place is located next to Tea Station so whatever wait time you might have, you can always kill some of it at the little shops/​restaurants around it. It’s a small place but they have a neon sign with Watch and Jewelry Repair but they also sell jewelry!
Anyways, walking in you have to wait for them to buzz you in through 2 doors (feels like VIP!). The lady and her son were both working and they were both very friendly and customer oriented. The son helped us size the watches and took only about 15 minutes to do all 4 watches ($ 8/​watch) and we tried it on and there were 2 watches that we thought would be better looser which he took back immediately and resized.
It fits perfectly now! Can’t wait to show it off! Great place to come for any watch issues!

Obviously a little mom and pop shop type of deal, they have all the jewelry laid out, some of them really really catch your eyes haha. I definitely wanted to buy some when I came in.
I just came to get some watches adjusted, one including a Movado watch. Most other places would charge extra for just the fact that it’s a name brand, however, it was the same price to get the watch adjustment done as the other non name brand watches! $ 7 for each watch adjustment, AND they were able to do it in a quick matter of time. probably around 15 minutes if not less!
And they wait for you to try on the watches to see if they fit, one was a bit snug so they just took it back and adjusted it. It was just super fast service and really good service as well.
There were a pair of earrings that I was really dying to look at and the son (i think he said mom said it could be lowered to this price) helped me with that. Super cute little shop, probably family ran, but still really good, i’ll definitely be coming back :)

Awesome! Fast and cheap. I waited while they replaced my watch battery. They even set the time! Will definitely return for more business.

I went in for replacement watch batteries in a couple of watches. The price was reasonable, the service was very fast — they replaced them while I waited, and each one was reset with the correct time.
