Well, it’s KFC so my expectations are not that high. I’ve been to this one a lot, and sometimes it is good, but the last couple of times I’ve had issues. Today I was totally lied to. I went in the drive thru and for some reason the line stopped. I looked at the clock and it was 4:25pm. By the time I got to the window it was 4:37pm. Since the last time this happened I was given old chicken, I asked if it was fresh or sitting around for the whole time. I was told the wait was because they had to wait for it, and that it was super fresh. Ok. Then they offered me a free side, which I didn’t understand until I tried the chicken. Yep, old, luke warm, and sitting in a puddle of grease in the box. Literally been sitting in that box the whole time. I asked specifically if it had been sitting in the box and if it was fresh. She totally tied about it. When I went back in, the manager knew it, said it is usually fresh. When I said I asked if it was she just said she would give me back my money. Like it was routine. I’m more mad about the lies than the old chicken. I could have been offered another kind of chicken that was fresh, or something else. I expressed several times it was important to me to be hot and fresh. I’d avoid this place until they can stop lying to customers.

Quick service + typical KFC quality + friendly staff. I’ve been here a couple of times just to get some fried chicken and I haven’t had a bad experience with this place. The awesome thing about this location is that it is a joint restaurant with Taco Bell. Get your tacos & fried chicken here!

I’m giving it a five because costumer service is great there. The cashiers are always smiling. I go to Krispy Kreme a lot so sometimes I go to Taco Bell/KFC to grab some food. I only been there about four times and the the cashiers were so nice so my sister rang the bell(costumer service bell for great service)

Idk if this guy is high or what but I literally asked«KURTIS» for ketchup 3 times and he still handed me my bag without anything in it. So I had to repeat myself again and ask him for some ketchup AGAIN! I got home and open my bag and this guy gave me HOTSAUCE! I can’t eat hot sauce so that makes it even more annoying. This is the same guy I’ve had problems with the last couple of times I came through the drive thru.

Kfc is NOT open till 10am but taco bell is open at 930. That doesnt make sense… same store operation but one isnt open till later… I hate taco bell but at least i was able to eat something… Ill be regretting it later…

Yeah this KFC is really bad at service. I couldn’t tell why they’re so stingy on substitutions but there’s no way I could ask for all dark or anything of that sort. They’d rather not make a new batch of chicken and hope sorry suckers like me would settle for warmed fried chicken. Gotta be blunt, this joint feels like it’s being run by a cheap manager.

I ordered 16 pieces, all dark meat and asked for half extra crispy and half original. I also asked for 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 cole slaw and 1 corn and 4 original wings. I was told it would be a few extra minutes because of the all dark meat. After 25 minutes I asked what was taking so long and the woman looked at me and said I’m sorry and walked away. After another 15 minutes the woman handed me bags saying one was my corn, mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits and the other was a cake and I should get a soda. I asked again please tell me what took so long and she said she was not the one that took my order or she would have told me how long it would take. I said I knew she did not take my order but she was here for the whole thing. She said nothing more than«I’m sorry». I got home opened the bag and found all original with a regular 16 piece meal that included breasts. There was 2 mashed potatoes and 2 cole slaw and biscuits that were hard as a rock. No corn no extra crispy anything except maybe the biscuits. No explanation and the wrong order after 40 minutes wait. What a horrible experience that cost me $ 45! KFC has gone down hill or at least that one has. I waited extra for nothing!

Again THISKFCISHORRIBLEFORANYCUSTOMERSERVICE! The answer for everything is «we can’t do that! Our manager is really strict.» I simply wanted to know if I could swap the biscuits for little bun roll. I even offered to pay. Answer again, no times two staff members. Last visit it was about the lemon cake offered with a meal. The Taco Bell side of the restaurant just gets everything slightly wrong. My recommendation JUSTDRIVETOTHECONVOYSTORE! They tend to be nice and think before saying NO or try to say yes even with a bit of $$ added! Everyone already knows that KFC is over priced and their family buckets are not what we remember as kids, but I decided to drop in July 5th to make Sunday mellow for all. Disappointed again! As I write this I chose to wait the 20 minutes quoted for fresh original recipe chicken legs! Timer on! Store listed as closed at noon today! Should have believed that and drove the other way!

Second time I have come here and the chicken breast was maybe a half a breast. I eat here at least once a week and I know what it’s suppose to be. If your pieces are already cut for you I suggest you don’t cook the ones that were cut wrong.

I went in to this KFC on 03÷03÷15. We were talking so I didn’t notice that we waited 10 – 15 minutes before anyone came & acknowledged us. There were employees there, but they were doing other things. Sometimes, one of them made eye contact and smiled. We finally were serviced, but where to sit? All the tables were dirty! We sat at the least dirty & wiped it off.(don’t know why we stayed, except both of us really wanted KFC!). We went to get our drinks and ‘yuck’; the trash thing was full and there was soda drips all over! When we were finished eating, we sat there talking. I was looking around and started noticing that it wasn’t just the tables… the floors needed attention too! That did it!!! I asked to speak to the Manager. He showed absolutely no expression. While talking with him, I noticed that the floor in front of the prep area was dirty too! I pointed it out to him. Still no response! Even told him I was going to write on Unilocal. Bottom line: DON’T GOTHERE, UNLESSYOU’RETHEHEALTHINSPECTOR!!!

Spend the time to double check your order, I was in a hurry and again they got it wrong at the drive thru. How complicated can it be? take the order, fill the order check the order, hand out the order to the correct customer. I really don’t know if someone goes here just to play roulette with their meal choices. It is sad that the management doesn’t care enough to fix this with basic checking. Oh sure, I can just drive back and get the correct items with the receipt no one gave me, if my boss would just give me a longer lunch hour to compensate for their incompetence. How many time must they fail before I just give up is the true question. Is their even a manager there?

WARNING: DONOTEATHERE. I ordered two chicken breasts with two sides. I took one bite of the chicken breasts and it was rubbery and had a strange taste. NOW I HAVETHEWORSECASEOFFOODPOISONINGIMAGINABLE. I know it is from this place because this was the only restaurant I ate at within a 24 hour period. I will spare you the details but I’m really sick. Lately I have been doing less carbs and I was unsure about stopping by because it’s fried chicken and Taco Bell. Coming into the restaurant I was greeted by the employees. I had to take a look at the menu and to my surprise I discovered they had grilled chicken which had zero carbs which made my day. I also got a fiery Doritos taco supreme which was something I could have. I did not big a drink but the front counter lady gladly have me a water cup when I asked for one and of course I had to ring the bell three times which made them happy. I had the chicken and it was delicious it wasn’t too salty like I thought it would be which I ended devouring :) I am taking nutritional menus in order to know what to order for my next visit. When leaving I was given an exit greeting which was a nice touch to a great dinner I had. Thank you and I will be coming back

I have never received a greater service then from the manager whose name is Armando, such a lovely personality. I am grateful to him, he’s a great server and he deserves to be thanked graciously for it. We waited for less then 10 min where he had promised us he would have our order in 2 min and compensated us for the extra wait! Which we never expected, and that was just one act of kindness from this gentleman… So Armando if you are reading this, YOUAREAWESOME and THEFOODWASAWESOME. Everyone please tip the guy, he works there for hours without expecting any gratitude. Please everybody, he will give you the best experience you will ever have in KFC. Nice and friendly staff inside and drive thru! After the remodel there seems to be nicer staff, which is great! Chicken is always consistently fresh. Taco Bell is also apart of this KFC, and is good too :)

I go to KFC for one reason and reason only. My dad loves the 2 – 3 piece grilled chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. Every time he sees the bag with the KFC logo on it, his eyes light up. That alone is reason enough. I bought a drink to have while he ate. The lid was either not put on tight or the plastic lid is so flimsy it doesn’t stay on for long. This is a big franchise. The least they can do is buy reliable lids. Some soda did spill in my cup holder. Ill have to clean it before everything else gets sticky.

I’m really disappointed with my last visit here and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location soon. I’ve always had problems with this location, the customer service and messing up on orders(plenty of times). They’ve remodeled the restaurant not too long ago and you would think that management and overall customer service would be better and stronger… NOPE. The same rude people trying to rush rush, snappy attitudes, and some who just don’t understand how to take a food order correctly. I don’t know what it is about this KFC, It seems to not like me. I decided that this was going to be my last visit to this location because of the situation I had a couple of weeks ago. I ordered 2 combo meals on the KFC side and in the meal included chicken strips and some other sides. Not only was the drive thru line long, but the wait was even worst. Being in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes, Till I actually reached the drive thru window. After taking my payment, the employee said that my chicken tenders will be ready in about 3 minutes or so and asked me to pull up or to the side. THISWASTHELONGESTWAITEVER… Looking at other cars that had passed me, I noticed that their orders were taking a while too, but the line was decreasing and they would slowly drive pass me. I was parked on the side of the drive thru restaurant for about 30 minutes until I decided to go inside and check where my food was? I glared, and stomped my feet, I was pissed! I should not wait this long for a drive thru order, Instead I could’ve walked inside and you could’ve taken my order there and I would have received my order probably faster then the time you are giving me. Because I was on «THEGO»(Drive Thru), I wanted something quick and easy and they did not achieve that this time. They looked at me and the employee said«We will get that ready for you.» UHHELLO, it should’ve been ready a long time ago, IT’S PROBABLYCAUSETHEYFORGOTMYORDER! I walked back to my car, waited another 8 minutes and saw the same young man walking to my car and he apologized for the wait and included deserts. I appreciate the deserts but the overall customer service is bad bad bad. Will not be coming back.

My recommendation: WAIT for fresh potato wedges This KFC is connected to a taco bell, which is perfect if you want the fusion cooking experience! I’m normally not a KFC fan but. Surprisingly I had the BEST potato wedges of my life at this random KFC. They came out piping hot, crispy, and golden brown. Even though I know it’s a fluke that I got them right out of the fryer, I can’t help but feel a bit better about this place afterwards. This doesn’t change the fact that the popcorn chicken is 50% breading and usually comes out lukewarm and stale though.
