This morning we found out that we had a broken water pipe out in the garage. I did not know who to call and ended up calling five Star plumbing. They were absolutely excellent! They came within two hours of the phone call, evaluated the situation, and quickly rectified the problem. Justin was absolutely terrific and I have no hesitation in both recommending them and saying that I will definitely call them in the future when I need the services of a plumber. I’ve added their company name and phone number to my contact list on my phone so I have ready access to their information when I am in need of a plumber.

I highly recommend 5 star plumbing! They have done several jobs for me and exceed all expectations Debbie, Greg and Justin get the job done and are extremely reasonable! You will not be disappointed!

Ordered shower door from home depot. They recommended5 star plumbing for installation. When 5 star arrived they did not know how to instal it. Drilled the holes bigger than what the hardwear that came with. Than they shattered the door. I had to order a new one. Once arrived they showes up made more wholes in the brand new renovated bathroom wich i have marble all over top to bottom. So they made more holes in the marble and said oh we cannt do it the owner said it is a liability. And left. So i have holes in the marble and no shower door. Tryed to call the owner to see if they are going to fix the holes they maid. Left a message no answer. Called few more times no answer. I would not call them and use them ever. On there truck it said work guarantee.

Five Star Plumbing really saved the day for me yesterday. Another plumber stripped the turning device on my house shutoff and wanted a great deal of money to repair it (knowing we had no water due to that situation). Five Star Plumbing was able to send someone out that same morning, give me a much better price, and did the work efficiently. Justin was a hard worker, and explained everything and told us how to look after it in the future. He left the area clean and even adjusted another device in the garage at no cost. This will be my «go-​to» company from now on. He knows what he is doing and does it well at a fair price.

I got a new toilet and usually would install it myself but being 66 now makes me think twice about these things so I called Five Star to install it. They came over the same day and Justin did an excellent job. Of course there was a problem (existing Plastic toilet flange was cracked) Justin went out and got a stainless steel flange for me that would Never give me another problem. The new toilet looks and works great. WILL definitely use them again.
