East Holistic Acupuncture & Massage

I have been here twice now and have had a great experience. I went in for acupuncture to reduce the pain associated with my two bulged disks and extreme daily migraines. After the first session of acupuncture my pain had decreased from a pain level of ⁷⁄₁₀ to ⁵⁄₁₀ and continued to stay down. A week later I came back for a second acupuncture treatment and I am feeling even more decreased pain, now like a ⁴⁄₁₀ of pain. I also tried cupping and it was probably the most pain I have ever had and it has left huge marks on my back which the Dr said would be there for about a week. Today is the day after and I have great relief from the internal pain, but the surface of my back is still sore. I give this place a 5 Star Review and I recommend DR. He!!!

I Went here back in October 2014 & had appointment with Zhe He for acupuncture & cupping. This was my first time with cupping. I didn’t realize the cups could be moved around to provide the deepest massage I’ve ever had. I had at least 5 – 7 days of relief from extremely tight muscles & triggerpoints after this treatment. I would definitely recommend this place, provider & treatment modality to anyone experiencing aches, pains or spasms. The office was clean & simple. The cost for both treatments was $ 120 which I’d gladly pay again as I had complete relief 5 – 7 days & then at least a month of decreased pain levels after my visit.

I did my acupuncture and massage regularly at this place and I love it! The place is close to my work place and everything is so nice and clean.
All the staff are super welcome. My back pain released right after the massage. The acupuncturist Zhe is thoughtful, attentive, warm, and professional healer. I have enjoyed every visit of my therapy while curing my lower back pain.
I highly recommend this place for all kinds of therapies. I have referred many friends and they all love it!

Very good treatment and service. The massage is really helpful for back and shoulder relax, and my back pain due to basketball is taken care well too. may try the acupuncture next time and update the review.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I found the place to be professional and clean. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Dr. He really knows her stuff. I was anxious about getting acupuncture for the first time but she has made me a believer. It didn’t hurt a bit and was very relaxing. I finished with a nice massage from Jennifer. 5 stars all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be going back soon.

Have been here for acupuncture for almost two months. Dr. He is super nice and knowledgable. And the treatment is really helpful. Highly recommend.

Just had an awesome massage with Amanda. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a relaxing or deep tissue massage. I recommend during the 60 or 90 minute session to let the stress get treated away

I woke up last Wednesday morning with stiff neck and couldn’t turn to my right. I stopped by this place during lunch and the acupuncturist there gave me a free consultation. This place was clean and quiet and the acupuncturist seemed knowledgeable and caring, so I decided to give it a try. During my first treatment, the acupuncturist asked me thorough medical history and performed some physical examinations. She put a hot pack on my neck for about 10 minutes and then gave me cupping therapy and acupuncture. I have to say her cupping technique was amazing! It was very relaxing and relieved a lot of muscle tension on my neck and shoulder. The best part is that she didn’t even leave any bruise marks on my body. I went there 2 more times for treatment after that, and my neck is almost back to normal now. I will continue to see her for stress relief and cupping therapy.

Summary:
* Asks for TIPS upfront. I gave her $ 10 (25% tip) on top of $ 40 actual charge, still she comments that you Indians are bad at giving tips. SERIOUSLYY ??? After 25% ?
* Hard pressure points leading to pain later on.
* Too much disturbance and interruption during the session
* Gave massage for only 47 mins. Yes! I timed it.
Details:
— Worst service ever. First I went there and they gave me a hard time accepting credit card. They told that we prefer cash. Then after 15 mins of hassle they did a credit card transaction.
— Then as I went in, the massage started normally. I told her upfront to give me medium pressure, but in spite of that she was give me hard pressure points which were more painful then relaxing. After telling her like two time then she came back to normal.
— During the entire session, she kept going out to receive phone calls, talking to customers and every time she used to leave the door open. There is something called privacy which they definitely do not understand.
— Massage not too great. As I said, she does not understand customers needs and body type.
— WORST of all. Asking for tip shamelessly after giving $ 10 already. And then, giving racist comments on Indians.
In short, I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

Tried this place since they had a special of a 1hr massage for 39.95 and it is on the way back home. I got an appointment right away and the place is clean and nice. But first of all I was asked to pay upfront and also include tip upfront which I am not used to. When adding tip (20%) I was reminded that others pay usually more. Wow I thought they are into business and think this is pretty rude.
Regarding the massage it was ok. The First Lady who started the massage was actually quite good but after about 10 minutes she left and someone else continued (odd). There were three more interruptions for answering the phone, talking to a client upfront and then again answering the phone very annoying. First interruption was about 5 minutes the other shorter. I don’t think they added more time because of that but honestly did not care since I just wanted to get outta there.
I felt ok yesterday not very good but ok. Today my neck and back are hurting and i am definitely not going back. I am getting massages every 2 – 3 weeks and have experienced much better. And yes, I am used to deep tissue massages and can deal with it.
I will definitely not return.
