Dynamic Management Group

I’ve been using Dynamic for about a year now to manage a condo we own in La Mesa. Ryan is always available to answer any questions I have, doesn’t dance around issues or concerns, and is professional. He helped me to move out a somewhat problematic tenant and refurbish the unit, then found new, great tenants in just a few days… and their rates are very competitive. Highly recommend the team at Dynamic!

They had a listing I was extremely interested in and I contacted them within hours of the ad going live. Ryan said he would set something up with the current tenant and get back to me asap. A week later I never heard back so I called and checked in. Ryan tells me he’s had so much response he just forgot but again would set something up and get back to me. Another week later no response so I call and leave a message asking for some sort of response to whether the place is rented or is still available. Ryan calls back and leaves an unprofessional, passive aggressive message that this place isn’t going to be a good fit for us and we should cross it off our list. Poor communication, bad attitude no way I would want to deal with this company for the duration of my lease.

The team at Dynamic Management Group is excellent. I have used other property management companies in the past but this company has out shined all of them. They are quick, responsive and most importantly they are reliable.

I called Dynamic Management Group to get information about the scope of their services. I am thinking about acquiring rental units and wanted to get a better understanding of the property management side of things. Although I am not in a position to use their services at this time I wanted to make a point to acknowledge their professionalism and knowledge. My fiancée and I are really impressed with this company. We called them to view one of their rentals on a Friday afternoon. Ryan was quick to respond to us and even made time to drive up though heavy traffic to meet us at the property. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn’t end up renting the property, but we just wanted to give them a positive review for great customer service.

I’ve been using Dynamic to manage my downtown condo and they have been fantastic! I don’t ever have to worry if I will receive the rent check on time and are wonderful in dealing with tenant concerns so that I can focus on my full time job. I would recommend them in a second if you need someone to manage your property. The small fee’s to handle the potential ongoing headaches, are worth every penny!
