This Dunn Edwards has lousy costumer service. Michelle was suppose to call/​e-​mail me about colors for my triplex and she never did. I tried contacting her, but she was either not in or unavailable. I have three painters coming tomorrow and no paint.

Every time we go in here I like it better. They are always very helpful, give great advice, show you the various options. If you want something that they have, but theirs is a lot more expensive than some other alternative (in my case, deck sealer) they will tell you where to go to buy it cheaper! So they would rather have you get the best deal instead of just trying to make the sale. Great at color matching, too.

Dunn Edwards-​pretty much my go to since forever. I love this location because they have a quick turnaround, cheerful Staff and of course the quality goods. Parking can be a little «interesting» if you start out early but I don’t mind bumping elbows with all the men dressed in white.
Simply love the product quality and selection, they always have what I need and in
whatever quantity I need and fast efficient service.

I was extremely impressed with the personalized service at this paint store. I went with my in-​laws last week to pick out a paint color for our bathroom. We were immediately greeted with a smile by the Assistant Manager, who was very knowledgeable. The color specialist (Dominica?) was also very friendly and gave us excellent advice. We were in and out with our paint color, primer, and all supplies within 30 minutes (most of which was deciding on a color). The experience was actually fun. I’m so glad we didn’t spend hours at some big box store. Oh, and the paint quality was great.
