Jeff has a history of of burning his customers. That’s why myself along with many others have been to court, have judgments that he’ll never pay, and continue to monitor his activities and business locations. Jeff never provided any services promised to me, billed my credit card anyway, and never returned my equipment. I have been to court, and won a judgment he has never paid. During my pursuit of his of his business practices, I had the pleasure to meet many of his other victims. He previously operated under the name of San Diego Computers. I have spent a tremendous amount of time and money chasing him and putting the word out to others to please do not trust him with your computer. I was lucky to find someone as accessible and thorough as Jeff! He always responded via e-​mail or phone quickly and patiently answered my many questions. His great work recovered everything I’d lost. When I lost it again 2 months later (I know!), he redid a lot of work at no additional cost. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Jeff really understands the urgency of his clients’ situations and does everything to get the work done quickly. I really appreciate it all his work, but I hope we’ll never have data recover again!
