Look at those smiling faces. You can count on a great customer service with a smile every time. Everyone is empowered to take care of you once you come in the store from A-​Z. The place is always busy, but they made me feel as if I was the only client in the house, a rare yet enjoyable experience. Needed Notarization and shipping a products, done in efficient time. I would recommend Del Mar Live Scan without hesitation. Excellent customer service, clean and welcoming. Thank you all for your help

The worst customer service. The guy who took my passport photo seemed like he didn’t care. He gave me the photos in some sort of photos envelope/​carrier (so they can dry he said). When I got home, I realized that the measurements were off.
Look, if you don’t do a good job at providing one type of service, don’t advertise it.

Needed a Live Scan on a Sunday right when they were closing. The owner, Kirk, made a special arrangement to come in after hours and perform my Live Scan. I highly recommend patronizing this business!

Honestly, I picked this place randomly.. . It was close to my home and the place closest to my house was closed. I’m so glad I trekked over here. Trung is the fingerprint and notary guy. I’m always impressed when I see an employee who clearly hustles to get his work done efficiently. They are so very professional here. They will make an appointment if you want, but you can also just walk in to get your fingerprints scanned.
I had a bit of a wait, but they really tried hard to get me in sooner rather than later. When I did get my fingerprints scanned, Trung was an expert. He knew what he had to do to get a fingerprint to scan properly. Fast fast fast. Great job!
