This UPS store is great on so many fronts. Fantastic service from Farouk the owner/​operator. Take time to get to know him– he’s got some great stories. Wonderful packing and shipping service. He’s bound by the UPS rates of course but always provides excellent service. Packed a whole set of china for us to be shipped across the country in 17 boxes and the one damaged item was reimbursed and replaced easily by UPS. As for mail delivery he has been very patient with us when large items came in or we had to be out of town and mail got backed up. We’re grateful.

Nice man who over charges and under delivers. I paid over $ 10 to mail something that took longer then regular mail. Service was great but not practical. Something fishy going on there.

Great results! Service is friendly and you can learn a thing or two about the art of shipping here from the owner himself.
It’s never packed here, never had to wait in a line with more than 2 people at a time.
Tip: Try to print out a shipping label ahead of time using their website. It’ll save you time and hassle instead of having to create one in the store.
