CORT Clearance Center

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I heard about Cort on a radio commercial, but my mom had just asked me that morning about going with her to look for a new couch, so I picked her up and off we went!
It was just a hop skip and a jump on the freeway up to Miramar at 11am, so no traffic, and the google directions were sound.
There was a cute maroon couch and matching overstuffed chair outside by the front door, but my mom is more into earth-​tones and wood, so in we went!
Jeffrey was the first to greet us, and is my favorite kind of salesman. He had a kind face, an easy smile, and didn’t hover. He asked how he could assist us, we told him what we were looking for, and after he had shown us where the couches were, assured us that if we had any questions/​concerns, to please let him know.
The selection was great, big couches, little couches, firm couches, soft couches, leather or fabric, sometimes a bit of both, all arranged with chairs, tables, rugs and lamps that gave each little island of furniture an inviting feel.
Now, my furniture style goes more towards big and dark, you know, impressive, heavy furniture that makes me think of a gorgeous man with amazing hands. My Mom’s style is more Seaside Country, with lighter woods and throw pillows… so imagine my surprise when she sits down on the same chocolate leather, double stitched, modern but still with a touch of heavy-​gorgeous couch that I had been eyeing and says «I like this one, it doesn’t swallow my butt.» (aka: firm, but still enjoyable to sit on)
The three-​cushioned couch came with a matching chair that was both masculine and refined, and just as comfortable to sit on without the dreaded «butt swallowing» that so many larger couches and chairs seem to possess, at a price that I was way more than pleased with.
Jeffrey answered the questions that I had about leather quality and shipping, assisted us in setting up the drop-​off day for Sunday, and had us rung up and on our way in no time at all.
It is rare that I come across someone like Jeffrey, both knowledgeable and affable without the dreaded hovering like so many in sales these days. I will definitely be back! :)

Solid furniture. Picked up a nice bookshelf and coffee to table for my office at a reasonable price.

I found the furniture that I want. The price is great, Mario is patient, pleasant. I don’t feel any pressure to shop here. Just move in San Diego area, I will come and buy the rest of my furniture here again.

Mario helped me he was so friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped narrow things down really quickly. I never felt pressured into buying anything and always a gave a straight answer about the the condition of the furniture. I checked out a few other places in comparison and no one came close in terms of pricing and service, and service is a big thing to me.
