This is a simply wonderful place. Went there to purchase a used file cabinet. They had a huge selection — different kinds, different sizes. The staff was extremely helpful and there is a loading dock out back.
Additionally, this store buys out lots of office furniture and art — there are lots of fantastic buys!

I have a Nightingale CXO executive chair that is amazing, but after being in use for several years the pneumatic lift which locks the chair in place vertically no longer worked. And the left side arm rest no longer locked into place. Nightingale directed me to a local company who could help, and that is how I found Shore total Office.
Dan and the rest of the staff I worked with were amazingly helpful! Very gracious! And took care of everything for me. They ordered and replaced the required parts for just a few dollars more than if I had ordered just the parts myself from the company. ** AND ** the icing on the cake. When they were working on the chair they noticed a crack on one of the legs that holds the caster. Since we didn’t have any problems with the wheel in the past I figured we’d just be careful until it was time replace the base, but the staff there said they had a spare base that they would replace it with FOR FREE.
Shore Total Office definitely understands what customer service means; they went above and beyond to help me. Go see them!!! I will definitely be back.

Just purchased some more furniture for our office and as always it was great. You can buy new and used furniture with Shore. We usually go the used route because it all looks like it’s new.

Better than I expected.
It was my first visit and the weather was 95 degrees outside and I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, really who does that?!
They have really nice used office furniture and also new if you don’t like that small scratch…
The prices are very reasonable for someone who wants a quality desk/​chair for their home office or even bedroom.
I didn’t get bothered like at Best Buy every single minute, just walk around and find whatever you like!
At the end I left with I was looking for, a desk for my bedroom and a nice quality chair that I would never buy at full retail price.
Go and visit them, there’s a lot of options.

We were in the process of remodeling our home office for our small home-​based business. I had been looking for a desk for months and there just wasn’t anything I liked but when I went into their warehouse, they had so many options. I found EXACTLY what I wanted, a used desk with a return, made of real wood and not just laminate. It was too large for my office so they were able to cut it down for a reasonable charge. Also, they were able to hold our furniture at no extra charge for several weeks until after the painting was done and the carpet installed. They even delivered the furniture.
I will absolutely go back there again and will recommend them to anybody who is looking for new and gently used office furniture!

I worked in the office furniture and equipment business in the ’80’s and ’90’s for one of their competitors (A-​1 office furn) for almost a decade. At that time the Shore family (Greg and Eldon) ran an auction liquidation house, I believe in the same building they are in now. It was well known in the local industry that they had inside lines on the best quality surplus furniture and machines from local and Los Angeles corporations as they grew, then shrank, and shedded their excess assets. Other retailers actually bought a lot of their used inventory at Shore’s auctions, and I attended a few and Greg’s knowledge of the variety of items he sold is amazing– he’s a maniac, and in a good way.
Seeing they have settled into the less hectic full time retail end of it is appealing– you can bet if you’re looking for high end furniture or more utility but name brand items their inventory will be the first you want to see. The Shore family has been in this business since air– and possess old fashioned integrity and a hard work ethic you’ll admire. You can’t go wrong.

When it comes to office furniture, you get what you pay for nowadays and your dollar can only go so far.
Sure, you’ll find some deals on Craigslist which sometimes turn into shady disappointments. Or you can drop some heavy cash on a name brand which will force you to eat Cup O Noodles for awhile. Worse, you can go to IKEA and buy some cheap particleboard furniture that will last you a couple years, then you’ll sell away on Craigslist.
