I can’t say enough good things about this company. About four years ago, we hired Columbia Pacific to install a telephone PBX system in our office. Michael Diaz, the representative who sold us the system, was fantastic to work with. He listened attentively as to what our needs were and crafted a solution that was just right for our company’s operation. Our satisfaction didn’t stop there, either — the install was completely seamless. Mike, Columbia Pacific’s stellar technician, commands an enormous amount of technical knowledge that put me at ease as soon as he began the work. Recently, AT&T nearly brought our operation to a complete standstill by bringing our phone lines down accidentally. In the process, AT&T also tampered with our PBX causing a lot of technical problems with our phone system. Mike with Columbia was kind enough to speak to the AT&T technicians on a couple of occasions to educate them on what they were doing wrong with their attempt at repairing the mess they made. Needless to say, Columbia Pacific came to the rescue and made the necessary repairs to bring our system back online. Karen and Kelly at Columbia’s office have always been professional and polite, model examples of what customer service should be. Both of those ladies could teach AT&T a thing or two.
