Ryan Rocks! I am so grateful for the service! I ordered a pizza and a small mistake was made. Ryan immediately corrected it and went above and beyond what I expected. I will always return for the service and great pizza because of Ryan! My family and I enjoyed the evening and it will remain memorable to me forever! My pizza made of pineapple and mushroom was so good! And so was the IPA beer!(Hint to Ryan who I was.). Ryan, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was going through a very tough time in my life and brought my family to Paradise Pointe for one night to get away. You, Ryan could have made or broken my night had you been anything other than the most professional and compassionate member of Caveman Pizza. You made the difference in my life and my family’s life. My entire stay at Paradise Pointe was a 10, simply because of Ryan’s great attitude to take care of us! I thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Our dinner was the best! I pray your future endeavors will be nothing less than successful. You have the heart and patience of an angel. Thank you for not displaying pride. U are«one-in-a-million»! On behalf of my wife and children, thank you! You have no idea how significant your excellent service was to my family. May God bless you!

I can’t remember the last time I had such a horrible pizza. We were staying at the resort, and decided to order in. $ 17+ for a large pizza had better be great, right? Not the case. The pizza was both burnt and uncooked at the same time. The meat toppings were singed on the edges but very chewy in the middle. And by the usual pizza standards, their Large is about the size of a Pizza Hut Medium. So in a nutshell: overpriced, poorly cooked, and undersized. Next time, eat in another restaurant within the resort, or just order from Papa John’s up the street.

The pizza was good but they have limited options. We really wanted to sit outside but they have rules that you can’t. So we sat inside gazing long only at the people in the other restaurant who couldn’t have pizza. The two restaurants there need to coordinate because seating is very confusing and sort of really dampens the whole experience. They probably rely on Tourists so they may not care, but as a local, I can tell you that if there were a place I could go, bring my children, have a glass of wine, and a setting as pretty as this, I would go every weekend. That is the shame of it all.

Had a Cesar salad and it was ok. Wanted to sit near the window and they wouldn’t let me. Turns out the window spots are for another restaurant even though they cook in the same kitchen. Was very dissapointed, wouldn’t go again.

Ok. Tough place to make and sell pizza on the Saturday of Labor Day. A little hectic. Slammed would be about the best word I could use. Pizza… Excellent. Service… excellent. Jonathan… excellent. Rude, cussing USC fans… Not so much. I don’t know her issue, but we too had issues and we found Jonathan and the staff to handle them with patience, understanding and customer service. The experience here tonight took time and patience but it was worth the wait and overall it was a great experience and the food was very good!

The pizza is amazing and right out the oven. The Mac n cheese and cookies were a hit with the kids. It was pretty busy but the cashier Fernando was very friendly and helpful with food choices. Will definitely be hitting this place up again.

This place is disgusting, the floors were COVERED in trash and food scraps. They work in this very small kitchen with several small baking ovens. The counters are gross and covered with crumbs, there are no customer directions when coming in for ordering. No menus I had to grab one hidden below the counter. It’s pure chaos and disorganization, bad management. The restaurant is actually 4 booths and a couple tables mixed in with another restaurant. If you dare sit in the other restaurant you get an unwelcoming chastising comment from wait staff. Oh, and There is a LONG wait, when I asked why I was told they supply pizza for the«whole island» and they’re swamped. Lastly the tables were completely dirty. We walked out promptly, so disappointed, for a resort it was such a mess.

I ordered my meal at 9PM and received it at 10:15PM. 1+ hours and 47 dollars later, I finally got my family’s «dinner», we received the crummiest, lamest, one — star, over priced meal. I ordered a caprese salad, and in turn got giant slices of tomato and cheese that didn’t taste fresh, with plain vinegar as a dressing… I had to cut it myself, and it didn’t have basil, it had spinach. That should not take one hour to make. My sister got iceberg, flavorless lettuce, with overly sweet dressing, and my father got shrimp with not cocktail sauce, but pasta sauce… One bite into my meal, I wasn’t able to take it anymore. Worst room service ever… I was hungry before I had this shite and I am still hungry. It was so bad, I was more desperate for plain broccoli and I was for that. If I could give it –1 star I would…

Jack: This place sucks. it takes an hour and a half to make a pizza. if there was a no star button I would click it 100 times!!! I’m Out. Jamie: rude waiters bad service horrible attitudes definitely never going back again! not a good place to eat! –100000000 stars! Sammy: this place made me want to kill myself Brittney: No restaurant should ever refuse a party of 8 with 6 kids and tell us that to make a cheese pizza is an hour and a half wait… you should just simply not be in business. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. The entire staff was so rude. DONOTCOMEHERE! Renee: go to this place if you want a stressful night! I shouldn’t be wasting my time telling you, so go there and see for yourself how DYSFUNCTIONAL this place is. My children were scared. Negative infinite stars Steph: would never come back here. All started with rude hostess and wouldn’t seat us with tons of open tables. Told us to get drinks at bar for hour. finally sat and pizza cooks told us an hour half wait for cheese pizza. we left!!!

Great pizza with even better price. If I remember correctly, we paid 15USD for a 16 inch large. The T-Rex pizza came loaded with meat and a thick layer of grease. Garlic bread was a little dry but decent. The dipping sauce that came with the bread though, was pretty good. Water tasted good. Service was garbage. Absolutely atrocious. You’ll find crack dealers that will offer better service than these guys. We walked in and was told to sit anywhere and a waiter would be right with us. After sitting and having waited for 20 minutes, we walked up to the cashier who casually told us we had to order up front first. After we ordered we took our seats again. We waited again for about 40 minutes. Nothing. I walked back to the cashier when the guy manning the register gave me a blank look. I politely asked where our food was, and only then he proceeded to reach over the warming oven and pull out our pizza. I don’t know how long it was sitting there nor did I care. They also forgot to give us our drinks and our garlic bread. I didn’t even bother asking for the drinks as by that point I just wanted to punt a kitten. As bad as the service was though, we did get a laugh at the expense of other diners walking in and dealing with the utter confusion and frustration with ordering. So there’s that.

Thank God for Caveman pizza! Pizza was incredible and extremely reasonable for the resort. Just told my kids they will be eating caveman pizza every night this week! Great job so happy they are here!

We went here yesterday and were surprised on tasty, fresh and non-pricey the food was. I had the chicken Parmesan along with a salad and have to say it was excellent and cooked perfectly. Along with the food, the service and workers are helpful and very friendly. Next time we come which will be soon, We’ll try their pizza which looked mouth watering.

Since I am staying in the paradise point resort for a few days, my options were limited for breakfast. l knew the barefoot grill served breakfast. I entered through the barefoot grill side of the building. If you are unaware of the building’s layout, both the barefoot and the caveman share an open space on the inside. Barefoot also has outside seating on the water. Anyway, I asked if they(barefoot) were open yet since a waitress was still setting up the patio. She said they weren’t open outside yet but that they were open inside. I sat down a table on the barefoot side of the restaurant and was promptly greeted with a waiter and menu from the caveman pizza side. okay. whatever. I felt misled and/or given away as a table. It felt like a dirty trade. To the point. Surprisingly, breakfast at the caveman was fantastic. I had a pastrami and salmon bagel with cream cheese and fried capers. It was served with spinach, red onion slices and tomato. It was delicious and big enough to save half for later. The service was a little off but it was about 7am. Servers need coffee too. Understandable. I figured that since I took the time to write the bad review for the lasagna, it was only fair I should let everyone know that breakfast was a completely different experience.

Pizza was good. Caesar salad was ok. Service was good. Not bad for a pizza joint at a hotel. Kids enjoyed the food. Eat it there or pick it up. Delivery to the room is $ 7 which is outrageous! Would come back if we stay at paradise point again.

3 stars little generous; pizza cave on old-timey resort island, not compete with strong fire of city pizza caves. Two kinds order: You Build or They Build We order one each. I build Pepperoni/Jalapeño – too much cheddar. They build ‘Glacier’ has ricotta, spinach. No cheddar better. Pizza large. Pizza bit floppy, chewy. Not bad for hungry cave person. OK after while in cold cave, too. When sun first hits cave door, they bring egg muffin sandwiches. Little like Golden-Arch Cave muffin sandwich. Come with squishy cave-tato tots and packet of red goop. Also bring coffee. Little like hotel sink water coffee.
