When I called, they couldn’t accommodate us (3 of us) but then the manager called back and told us to come in and he would handle it. One of the best foot massages i have had. Excellent! The place is clean and they are very respectful. GO!

Won’t be going back despite the price and proximity to my home, because of awkwardness of female masseuse. She does an ok job, but gets uncomfortably close. If I’m feeling grossed out and recoiling because the masseuse’s crotch is right over my head while she’s working on my neck, it kind of cancels out the relaxing part of the massage.
This place is unfortunately just too sketchy in operation and practice for me to continue going.

Where has this place been all my life?! Here I am wasting $ 55/​hr/​month @ massage envy. For $ 38 I just got the most amazing massage EVER. Granted the place looks a bit sketchy, I admit I was nervous walking in. But the service and massage is AMAZING. Hopefully you like it rough and deep tissue, the therapist literally was riding my back, doing a handstand off my back, and dripping sweat at the end. I’ve never seen therapists work that hard! I was only uncomfortable once — not a fan of facial massage. The only thing I could say negative about the place is the cheap, scratchy, rough towels they use. I will definitely be back! My therapist was AMY.

I wish there were 5 plus stars! I have had 8 back surgeries fusing L1-​S1, the last two being in December 2014. After deciding to discontinue all pain medication in January 2016 I have searched for alternative pain relief.
I finally found truly trained reflexology specialists at Asian Twins. The owner John assessed me on my first visit then assigned his most appropriate therapists. She was unbelievable! I have tried massage therapists and advertised reflexologists but not until now have I finally found just what I needed.
As an RN and someone (due to professional hazard) who has had back issues for years I am more impressed with the services provided by Asian Twins Foot Massage than any other place I have ever tried.
I will be going to Asian Twins every week forever! Thank you so very much for improving my quality of life.

First time came here, the owner named John is a nice guy. I called before I came, he asked me how much pressure I like and what area do I want to get attention. The lady worked on my back and shoulder extra time! Felt much better after the massage! Will come back!

Great place! After a stressful morning I called to schedule an emergency massage. They were able to take my appointment that day.
When I arrived I knew I wanted the body massage, but thought I’d just do the half hour massage. The owner did tell me I should do the hour-​long massage, but that’s just business. But, he was right. I needed the whole hour. Everyone here had a thick accent, but were very kind and did repeat themselves when it looked like I didn’t understand.
I was lead down the hall to the massage room and I could smell incense coming from somewhere. The place is very well decorated, I gotta say. Looks great! I told the hostess I needed attention on my neck and he stepped out to get the massage woman (no idea how to spell massoos and neither does spell check). It was one of those «dress down to your comfort level sort of places», so keep that in mind. For me, that’s down to the undies.
So, the lady comes in and uses her arm like a rolling pin, which has never been done on me before. How is this not a regular thing everyone does??? She would also use her elbow and vary her pressure when she felt some resistance. I’m not gonna lie to you, it hurt for a little while, but she worked out my knots. Like, I feel like I have a completely different neck. Am I sore? Yes. But my neck is so free it’s amazing! Exactly what I wanted. She really got in there. Got on the table and really leaned into it. She wasn’t afraid to hurt me, which is what my crazy knots needed. And when it was too much I let her know and she let up.
I should also mention, for those who actually carry their modesty into a massage parlor, that she will touch your butt and might touch a little side boob. Don’t panic! I carry a lot of tension in my butt (sounds strange, I know) and I am so happy that she took the time to work on it. Now, I did have underwear on and she did pull it up to get at the butt cheak better, just to let you know. Side boob came into the equation because she got the sides of my torso and that is just where the side boob lives. No big deal. It wasn’t weird. She kept it professional and I didn’t feel uncomfortable, but I know some people might. I’m just greatfull that she did it because a lot of people are afraid to do the butt and without the sides of the torso the massage would just not be full body.
She used oil and later brought in warm washrags that she put on my back and massaged through, too. She wiped down my arms and legs quickly and moved on to the head massage. Wow! Did not know how great a face and scalp massage could feel!
Bottom line: if you need a good, thorough massage with someone who’s not afraid to get in there and work out your knots then go here.

Came here on a Thursday night after a stressful week. I called ahead of time to see if they had any spots available and made an appointment at 7:30pm. When I showed up, it was completely empty! The man at the front desk was friendly but a little pushy about which massage to choose. I came for the $ 25 60 minute foot massage that includes arms, neck, back, legs, etc. and ended up choosing that one, against his advice to get the more expensive combos.
After I pay, I’m escorted into the room, and a woman comes in and tells me to lay down (on my back) and soak my feet in a tub of hot water. Luckily for me, I had privacy since there was no one else there. I’d imagine it being uncomfortable with other people there since the beds are pretty close to each other. So I lay and am confused for a bit… then BAM. She starts pressing very hard on my forehead and starts massaging my face and earlobes. As this progresses, all I can think is «Oh my god, when is this going to end and the next portion going to start!?» It felt extremely strange and not relaxing at all. She was rubbing and pressing on my face. Next onto the neck/​shoulders, she rubs some lotion on me and starts massaging– it felt okay, nothing great, but tolerable and definitely better than the face massage.
After, she moved onto my arms. This felt terrible because she was massaging my bone… not my muscles. When she was pressing on me, it felt like she was rushed and just poking me vigorously. To end the arm massage, she held my hand and shook my arm back and forth like it was a limp noodle. Now onto the feet, the longest portion (about 20 minutes). She used her knuckles to dig into the bottom of my feet and rubbed my toes/​ankles. Personally it didn’t feel good to me at all.
Lastly, she had me flip over onto my front side. The towel my face was resting on was rough and made my face itchy. She laid a towel on top of me and started pressing on my back, butt, and legs. This sorta felt good, but it was mostly her just pushing down with all her weight on those body parts. My butt is actually aching now from all her pushing, but that’s my fault for not asking her to lessen the pressure. I came in hoping for a leg massage because my legs were sore, unfortunately she worked on my legs the least! She did say she felt my calves were tight at one point, but only massaged them for like 30 seconds before continuing.
Overall, I’d say the place wasn’t absolutely terrible but I don’t think I’ll be coming back– I only had about 10 enjoyable minutes throughout the whole 60 minute process. Maybe it was just my masseuse, but she seemed rushed through out the massage (the consistent quick pokes/​pushes into my body, instead of slow/​relaxing pressure) and I felt like she didn’t genuinely try to make it enjoyable for me. She left the room 2 – 3 times which probably totaled 5 minutes, which took away from my massage time, and she was coughing quite a bit and it sounded like she was about to puke on me. The place also smelled like my old Asian grandma’s house… which was kind of off putting, not the aroma therapy you’d expect in a massage parlor.
They do have a stamp card though, so if you actually enjoy this place. after you get 10 stamps, you get 1 free massage. Also, remember to bring cash! Credit cards are accepted but I believe there’s a fee.

My girlfriend and I come to this place many times. The gentleman John at the front desk is always so nice to us. I got my ankle hurt last night and I thought a foot massage would help, John started on my feet and reallized my hurt ankle, he told me that I should use ice bag instead, and he gave me many freeze wrap and did not charge me for the massage. My girlfriend always do full body massage here, Mei did a great job. They got good environment and lot of rooms. Definitely come here for a good and well priced massage

My first time ever getting a full body massage, and it was a great experience! I’m super ticklish and I was so embarrassed for constantly laughing but my masseuse laughed right along with me and made sure to adjust to my comfort level. Really great customer service!

Wow, I just had an amazing massage done by John… I went in with a headache and tension in my upper shoulders and neck… and I left headache and tension free! Felt like I was walking on a cloud! He definitely knows what he is doing and he took the time to get every kink out! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality massage at a reasonable price! By the way, I think all the therapists that work there are well trained in the art of massage, so you can’t go wrong! 5 stars!!!

John works the front desk and is very friendly and coordinated my appointment. I had Wei Wei and it was fabulous. I highly recommend this business as you get what you pay for. I’m coming back.

I have gone out on a limb before with massages, and left anything but satisfied… but today was a NICE change!
I was needing some serious neck/​back work today. So I went in hoping to get that, and Jenny totally delivered. She used a lot of elbow and arm pressure, but overall it was great.
Jenny does speak limited English and is hard to understand at times. However, she does ask often if it’s okay, which I totally appreciated.
I’ll be back here, for sure. Reasonably priced at $ 40+tip!
Plus, get 7 massages, the 8^th is free. Sweet deal!

John is wonderful! I like to go there when I’m sore from an intense workout. John is So nice and it’s always a pleasant experience every time I come. The lotion he used smells wonderful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Time goes by way to fast when you’re being pampers there. It always leaves wishing for more time. Great location and deals too. I definitely would recommend to anyone. I even bought a gift certificate for my friends birthday. I hope she loves this place as much as I do.

We’ve tried a few of these Chinese foot massages in the area and Asian Twins is the best so far.
I had Jean yesterday and she was awesome. My husband didn’t like his person as much.
The place was large and the rooms were clean. They didn’t use horrible smelling lotions and didn’t rub too hard.
I think we just found our go to spot for massages. $ 25 for a foot rub that also included head, back and shoulders. I wish they would have spent some time on the forearms since I type so much, it gets tight.
We’d come back to this one. =)

Pleasantly surprised by my first visit here. The place is clean and recently renovated with experienced masseuses! Prices are on the lower end of the spectrum too with a 60 minute full body massage for $ 40. My masseuse hit all the right spots and the strength was perfect. When I first read the reviews and having been to a few different massage spots in San Diego, I figured it was just going to be mediocre at best. This is my go to spot from now on!

I just moved to Mira Mesa and have been looking for a new massage place. John was able to give me an amazing massage. I would recommend this place to my friends and I plan on coming back again.

I have been coming here for years. The price is amazing. Very soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Great for Gift. Over the years i have brought family and friends here for a treat. My kids love to come due to being sore from sports and working out. I even gift my X husband with the Asian Twins and our favorite is the Foot Massage (which ends up being a full body massage fully clothed)

I honestly love this place. I go here about twice to once a month. I usually get the foot massage, which is $ 25 for an hour! The foot massage is actually a full body massage. I usually come on a Sunday afternoon, which isn’t too crowded. But I suggest calling ahead of time, because sometimes they don’t have enough staff and you have to wait 20 mins or so for your massage.
