When I walked in there was a dead cockroach on the floor near the door. My husband went to order and I went to the single restroom to wash my hands, the door was not locked, I opened it to see a homeless man attempting to take a bath in the sink!!! I also saw that the toilet was overflowing and there was used toilet paper all over the floor. I was at a loss for words and told my husband«lets get out of here». The only employee working had already made our sandwiches and I told her«no way» will we eat here! She said she was sorry but she works alone all the time and this was on Sunday when they should have had extra staff!

service here is always fast, they cater to crazy lunch rushes during the week since we all work in the area, everyone is friendly, food is typical of any subway. building is clean just alittle small

Came here for a quick sandwich. The place is clean which is reassuring when someone’s assembling your sandwich for you. Got there just before a rush so I was able to grab a seat. Standard Subway menu so I was able to have a good sandwich without any hassles

Generally, this Subway is A-OK! It’s very clean. Their last County Health rating was 97%. The subs are consistent. This location gets packed during the lunch rush and there’s usually a line, but they are quick. The only downsides are that their location is so small, and getting a table during a busy lunch rush can be futile. Though, this is no big deal if you are just grabbing it to go. Secondly, this location pushes up selling more than the others. They usually try to upsell me at least once per visit. Once, the guy making my sub pretty much ran through all the possible options. «Would you like extra cheese? Would you like double meat? Do you want to add bacon? Avocado? Bigger drink?» all for one sub. It was a little overload. I’ve even been asked here if I wanted to add avocado to a meatball sub(Uh…no…) and bacon to a Veggie Delight(why wouldn’t I have just ordered a BLT then??) I take it that the staff has been encouraged to upsell by their management in the past. I can understand that. It’s a tough economy. But generally, it’s a good standby Subway to grab something quick!
