Video Game Trader

First off, the reason I’m giving this store 1 star is because Unilocal requires at least 1 star before you even begin typing. Otherwise I’d give it 0 stars. I also wanna say that there was one guy that greeted us and was very friendly and knowledgable about the retro culture. The Mario looking dude with the mustache was just a bitter old man. He was aggressive, rude, argumentative and unprofessional. Not only did he argue with me (about ridiculously over priced games) he also argued with his own co worker/​employee on our way out. Our argument (though I kept it respectful the whole time) was about a «$ 50» shelf. This shelf included some of these games:
Spider-​Man
Kirby
Rugrats scavenger hunt
Donkey Kong
And lots more. Feel free to eBay or google or research any of these titles and let me know if they are worth $ 50. For the record, my review isn’t just about his overpriced games. I respect any store and how they do business. The review is also about his attitude and rudeness and unprofessionalism when I simply asked questions. You can’t rip people off because you got shitty deals on games then argue with your customers and be rude because they ask questions. I’ve been a retro gamer and collector for a long time. I hope this review helps future customers.

It’s hard to find a good classic video game store personally I love this place they have almost every video game you may want from classic to newer games even tho they may be a little pricey at times they have the game usually on spot so you don’t have to drive around town to find it or wait to order it online I highly recommend it.

I walked in the store having hopes this would be a cool place to pick up retro games… so i was looking around and i found a couple of games i was interested in and when i asked the owner the price on the games he gave me a ridiculous price… higher then ebay i was like wtf. I didn’t even even bother to look at more games i just left. The only reason this place is getting two stars is because he actually did greet me other then that this place is a joke

These guys are cool. They have a good selection of used video games and a smaller selection of new games. I like the fact they are willing to dicker with you on price if you ask them to. I was able to get 6 games (Wii & PS3) for $ 100 including 1 game that was ‘new’.
