I work down the street and my coworkers told me about this awesome hole in the wall. They have 2 dollar subs which is super cool when I am at the end of my paycheck and want something quick. My favorites are the Turkey Bacon Avacado and the Do The Lou subs. The staff are very nice and very fast. 10⁄10 would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Should revamp the veggie sandwich, pretty basic. Cool atmosphere, love the wall art. Heard good things about their other sandwiches but haven’t tried them because well, meat. Friendly staff, and they are fast.

This place had a lot of great reviews on Unilocal so I decided to try it and I’m glad I did! Had a turkey bacon combo not only was it cheap, it was GOOD! A large drink, a bag of chips and a 6 inch sub for about six dollars. No pictures to show because I ate it before I had the chance. I will definitely be back!

Well after a fun filled day with my friend we decided that we wanted a sandwich for lunch. and she told me about this place right here. And I gotta say ~ it was awesome! I will definitely be coming back and bringing my husband with me :) last thing. the youngsters that work there were very nice peeps as well :)

You always hear about those «hole in the wall» places. Well this one is worth finding! The sandwich is different than anything my wife and I have found on our travels. Amazing bread and the combinations they put together are awesome! When we are in the area we have to stop in and get a sandwich. I can’t explain it, there is something that they do here that is different than any other place. They don’t get distracted with other entrée items, just soft drinks, chips and those incredible sandwiches. Give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed!
Recently, my wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease and this is the ONLY place she wishes she could still eat at. It almost brings a tear to her eye.

The reviews are true. Their subs are great. We tried the dirty girl, hot pastrami, and French dip. Dip coulda been a little toastier but the aus ju was amazing. The pastrami was great, and the dirty girl surprisingly works. Try it out!

First visit to My Hero Subs today… my fiancé visited this location many years ago; we went back today to see if they’re still in business. I called from a distance away, they were closing in 20 minutes but said they would make our sandwiches for us & wait. what? who does that? My Hero Subs does! thank you guys! our sandwiches were delish! I had an Italian sub… fiancé had a Stuffer… the bread was fresh & soft; the meats were quality choice. We live about 45 minutes away from the site, but we both said we’d go back! We recommend this place… little hole in the wall location, but well worth the drive!

Hidden gem in San Bernardino this little sandwich shop is awesome. It has a college kid ran grunge atmosphere which is cool, not your typical business trying to be PC.
The bread is fresh and soft! They have a huge selection of hot and cold sandwiches more than you see at Subway or Jersey Mikes.
The prices are great too. $ 6 for a 12″ $ 8 for a large combo. Cheaper than a poorly made subway sandwich.
Definitely hit this place once a week. Try the dirty girl!

Wow, great sandwich. I’m definitely a sandwich person and this one hit the mark. Small hole in the wall, but they hit a home run with the sandwich. Bread was fresh, veggies were fresh, avocado was fresh, all topped with fresh meat. Can’t wait to come back to the area, just so I can stop in for another sandwich.

I regret always driving by this place now that I’ve tried it. Today my family wanted subs, but we hate Subway. So of course I search on Unilocal and totally remember seeing this place. I drive up and by the looks of this place I can totally tell it’s gonna be really good. (Hole in the wall) I didn’t get the name of the dude that helped me out, but he was great! He answered every question, super friendly, welcomed me when I told him it was my first time, and just had overall great customer service. The subs are what a 12′ inch sandwich should be and the prices are super reasonable. Sandwiches taste as amazing as they look. This will be our go to sub spot now.

The shop is super low key. A lot people come in and out. Students from SBVC and locals from all over town come to eat here. The bread is fresh and their sandwiches are well put together. I highly recommend the chicken bacon!

This place is so good, I go at least once if not twice a week. After having had everything on the menu, I have taken to order «surprise me» for my sandwich. Such creativity in sandwich making. Always fresh and delicious. I usually order #3 which includes a salad, and medium drink with my sandwich. That leaves me with half a meal for dinner.
The people who work there are also very friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the menu.
Next time pass on the other so called sandwich shops, and try My Hero
Can’t go wrong here.

Their subs are so delicious and cheap!
I ordered the chicken Parmesan and buffalo sandwich and both were so good!
The wheat bread wasn’t dry, and the sandwiches weren’t soggy.
I also tried my husbands ham sandwich and I loved the Italian dressing it gave it the right kick.
I love how convenient it is to my school and they give discounts to students double score! Cheap sandwiches for a broke student? Def my after class stop! Just remember to come early or a little after lunch because it gets pretty packed!

This is always a great place to just drop in and have a delicious sub sandwich! The Turkey Bacon Avocado Sub is my favorite and The CheeseSteak is soooo yummy too. This is not a fancy place at all but it has great subs and the workers here are always so pleasant!
I gave them 4 Stars cause the limited seating.

If you want a great sandwich, this is the spot.
Subway and the other sandwich shops, can’t touch this place with the bread quality and the delicious types of meats.
Can’t go wrong with a cold or hot sub sandwich, my favorite is the cheese steak.
There’s plenty to chose from, and you can also create your own.
Any sub sandwich person would love this place.

Quality: Good sub for the price! My recommendations is the Stuffer!
Service: it was ok, Could be better. I waited for 25 minutes for my 6″ Stuffer. My recommendations don’t go between 11:30 — 12:30. It was packed and only 1 guy making the sub. 2 other staff was not doing anything, they could of help him making the subs. Call ahead next time!
