Food is always cold and tastes old it’s awful. Not to mention they’re always out of simple things like bbq sauce or ranch. Go to mcdonalds or anywhere else, not worth the money.

The whataburger at this location always messes up my order. They are so disorganized and also when I was ordering food the person at the cashier randomly left because all the employees were celebrating someone’s birthday and brought out a birthday cake with lit candles. It was a nice gesture for employees do be celebrating but not the right place or time. Other than that I’m never disappointed with my food there (for it being fast food) but this time I was. My chicken tender were rock hard. Home girl could have chipped a tooth eating that stone. Whataburger at nacogdoches never again.

This place used to be very, very good. For like the past two months, they have gone way downhill. They do not use bun oil for the buns anymore. They don’t label the burgers, forcing our party to open each burger to see which one was our respective order.
Overall, I would rather drive an extra 10 min to the next wharaburger than to eat here again l.

Order wasn’t filled correctly again plus food was cold — had the same issue 2 weeks ago. Their solution is to give a coupon instead of fixing the problem.

Been here many times and the customer service is fantastic and food is always amazing… no issues there. My one complaint is the wait is outrageous. There has been a few times we have waited in the drive through 25 minutes. — they upgrade fries or throw in apple pies — but they really should work on that! Otherwise… great Whataburger!
