My mom has been coming for years. Once I was old enough to start picking my own doctors, I opted for a different doctor. After putting myself in a time crunch, I came back for my appointment this year. And now I remember why I stopped coming here. The doctors are great. The office staff are not. They’re uneducated, poorly trained, and lacking in knowledge about their office rules and procedures. If you’re going to come here, do all of your transactions same day, when they say they can honor whatever specials and prices they’re offering you. If you leave and try to have it honored later, the rules and prices will change drastically. Their customer service and customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority, and if you give them a chance, they’ll show you why!

My family has been visiting Sitterle Vision since the late 90s when we moved to San Antonio. We have found that the staff and the service have always been awesome! They go out of their way to greet us by name. Whenever something hasn’t been perfect, they rectify it quickly! Both of our kids have been going regularly for several years now and they are always happy to go back and «visit» Dr. Scott!
