Food is good but the older lady in the drive thru is rude!!! She doesnt take orders correctly and when. You complain she tries to turn everything on you and yells at you if you eat in the restaurant service is ok but going thru drive thru prepare to be given attitude

We went through the drive-thru on San Pedro this morning, for breakfast tacos. They smelled like old cooking oil, and the potatoes were dry and tasted of old oil. Didn’t taste fresh; didn’t seem clean. We won’t be back.

Went to the new location on San Pedro, and closed prior to closing time and closed the kitchen early as well. If you close at 2:30, you serve till 2:30. And also was told by friends, that tacos weren’t that great. Won’t be coming again. :)

Just went to the new one on San Pedro. I had the chilaquiles plate. The refried beans are mediocre, potatoes were ok, and the chilaquiles were good minus the government cheese they put on there. Their tortillas are huge! Their known for their«texas sized» tacos. Maybe I’ll get one of those to go next time. The inside was clean, but they wipe their tables off with fabuloso which I’m allergic to. So I left quickly with sneezing and now my nose is stopped up. I’ll get tacos to go next time.

This will be my first review post so bare with me. After dropping off my daughter at daycare my fiancé and I were looking for somewhere new to eat. We stumbled across this gem and let me tell you everything was perfect. Walking in you can smell the cleanliness of the restaurant.(That’s a huge plus for me) As we sat down and got out drinks ordered our waitress was very nice and polite. I recommend getting their sweet tea.(I’m a huge tea drinker) the tea was amazing and they offered more than one lemon for my our drinks. Now onto the food. Roys has two different taco sizes. Small and Texas size, each is reasonably priced however the small tacos are bigger than your normal tacos. So unless you feel like going into a taco coma get the Texas size if not the small size will work. The bacon was crispy and greasy, also the tortillas were fluffy and warm. Over all I give it the 5 stars. We will be coming back.

Was in the area picking up auction items. So I asked the person at the auction where he would go for lunch and Roy’s was recommended. I the Texas sized chicken asada tacos and was impressed. The value and flavor will have me coming back whenever I pass through San Antonio again. Texas size tacos are almost the length of the plate. So, order one, eat it. If you are still hungry then order another. At least it will be fresh and not get wasted. Worth trying to find.
