Neat and Natty Nails

Horrible experience!!! I went there to relax and get pampered instead it was very awkward the room was very cluttered and not clean. She kept getting up and doing other things instead of focusing on me and I was her only client. She kept looking at her phone also and paying no attention to my nails. I had gotten a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure, when I had gotten home the tips of my finger nails had started to become discolored turning from a pretty light purple to a grayish blackish color! I looked it up and found if the nail technician does not do the shellac correct this could happen! I never really pamper myself so I was very disappointed also she had her grandson play on the floor next to age 5 or 6 and they were arguing most of the time or she was getting up to do something for him. I have children of my own I have nothing against kids but when someone is paying to relax and for you to pay attention to them it’s very awkward to say the least. So if your looking to RELAX while you are getting a mani and pedi I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!
