Horrible Customer Service! The manager looks and acts 15! The kid would not even make eye contact with me. He never responded a yes m’am to any of my concerns. I was simply trying to exchange an item. I guess I will have to go to Wal-Mart.they practically have the same thing. GAMESTOP please stop making kids managers. It takes a while for many young adults to mature and learn manners and proper respect to others! This guy had not learned yet!

Me and my little brother(I was 18 and he was 12) were looking to buy a Left 4 Dead game and the worker was rude and was saying I couldn’t purchase Left 4 Dead game for my brother bc it has«nudity» which it doesn’t b/c Ive played it multiple times, and even if it did, I am an adult and allowed to buy whatever game I want. Another time I went in myself and they weren’t kind at all. I don’t go to this location anymore, the gamestop off culebra rd. is very nice and much friendlier employees.

A Gamestop is a Gamestop is a Gamestop, right? WRONG, my friend. After years of holding onto my dear Wii in hopes it would one day stop disappointing me, I decided to take advantage of Gamestops promo of getting double trade-in value and took it in along with all the games.(Btw, if you’re not a Pro Rewards member, become one. You get crazy trade-in value add-ons) Gave the friendly employee, who we will call Jason because that’s his name, all the goods and he started sorting it out and calculating some figures. About 10 minutes later, he came up with about $ 200 bucks, I upgraded to a PS3 and left. Maybe a half hour later, Jason called apologizing. Turns out he didn’t give us credit for the Wii! Maybe I have a slightly jaded view on humanity, but this blew me away! He totally could have pocketed that shhh and I would never have known. Anyway, bottom line: Jason is awesome, I went home with a new console and three new games and I will be relatively unavailable for the next few weekends.
