My wife and I went in Saturday Sept 22. It was about 1215 and it actually looked like the store was closed. No open sign, nothing. I grabbed the door and it opened. So they were open. I spoke with Lee and told him we were looking for blinds for our sunroom. He showed us what would be possible and ballparked an estimate about 1500 or so dollars. Of course that was an estimate so we made an appointment for Thursday morning when I work late shift. He said he would call and set up the time once he checked his weeks schedule. Monday I did not hear from him. So Tuesday I called. He told me that I did not call him. He had me penciled in but since I did not call, he had no time and his week was booked. I told him that he was supposed to call me and set up the time. He said NO. I, the customer was supposed to call him. So I asked about an evening appointment and he said his week is full. I then said, we came in Saturday, set something up for Thursday and now you do not have that because I did not call? He was supposed to follow up. I said I am the customer, I wasnt supposed to call back. So his remark was, Fine, go find another store to work with, Then he hung up on me. If you want good customer service, DONOT go here. Obviously a company that can blow off 1500 plus dollars of work must be doing very well and not need our business
