Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I ordered a pizza for take-​out. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by the manager. I then realized I had left my wallet at home. The manager told me to take the pizza and come back later to pay.
I couldn’t believe his kindness during an embarrassing moment. Plus, my pizza tasted great!

Went in for the first time last weekend with my wife and kids… we ordered «The Everest»… delicious pizza, and very friendly customer service by Anna. The place is clean and has nice outdoor seating with patio heaters. Will certainly come back.

The pizza itself is 5 stars, but the service is 4 stars so far. We literally live across the street and our pizza always gets delivered cold or they forget our added topping/​packets.

The best spot for the pizza lovers out there! Pizza buffet is awesome! They keep a good variety of pizzas out. You can sit inside or outside, they have plenty of TV’s for watching sports/​news, 8 beers on tap. The staff here is great! Very friendly and clean!

Restaurant was litterly cold. Asked staff if they might turn on Warriors game, no response. There are 4 TVs, great, one wasn’t even on, maybe not hooked up, but when I asked about game again, I was told they looked on phone could not find. Ok, fine, but could you communicate that? I get they are working the kinks out as it is a new location, but…, called my order in, came in at 25 minutes which was 5 over their promise time, attendant states wings not ready. Waited another 5 mins, then went back up, had to move my head back n forth to make direct eye contact with cashier, as in, please just acknowledge me, you don’t have to treat me like a king, but I’m literally two feet from ur face and nobody is between us, she was clearly in lala land, then I looked into kitchen counter and could see from my vantage point, wings were on my pizza box. For how long I don’t know. Now, if they were swamped, understood. But there were only three couples in the entire restaurant and the phones weren’t ringing off the hook. They were busy counting cash.
But here’s my biggest beef. Pizza was TEPID at best and I ordered THIN crust. If what I got was thin crust, I can only assume regular crust is the equivalent of an entire loaf of Boudins sour dough with a little sauce on top. TERRIBLE DOUGHY UNCOOKED CRUST. There is no excuse for lousy dough in this day and age. CRANK THE FRICKING OVEN UP BOYS N GIRLS and cut your thin crust dough quantity in HALF as it is NOT thin crust. They should advertise as either thick crust or regular crust because they have no CLUE what a thin crust pizza is. Also, absolute skinflints on the cheese. This place sucks and that sucks for me because it’s so close by. I won’t be back.

Ordered the sizzling bacon pizza with no mushroom. What I got was a greasy mess that had very little toppings! Papa Murphy’s is WAY better. It was $ 21 dollars at Mountain Mikes for a «large». We got a family size stuffed crust and two dessert pizzas for 25 bucks!!!

This Mountain Mike’s was great. The staff were all very friendly and smiling. Shaq was very sweet. We came in with a group of 9 people and they thanked us all and came and talked to us at the table.
The restaurant is very clean. The salad bar was very fresh and stocked. The pizza was delicious, hot and they restocked frequently. There was not any thin crust pizza, but there were multiple different flavors out.

This place is brand new, clean and bright. The people working here are so friendly. Ask for Verrpal or Larris. They can set you up with the lunch special– salad and pizza bar-​tasty for $ 9! Come visit.

We work in the area and are so excited for this new location. The manager Jazz greeted us immediately at the door and welcomed us into the restaurant with a nice smile and held the door open. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh with many options. There were four different pizzas out to sample for lunch special and also a fresh dessert pizza. We came at 1:00 after the lunch rush and there were many people enjoying great tasting food and socializing inside. There are several big screen TVs for sporting events and outside tables and chairs with heaters if you feel like eating outside. We even received a great 50% off coupon to ensure we will come back soon! Excellent customer service, food and very clean. We will definitely be back!
