If you like thick crust pizza, its pretty good here. They have orher stuff, burgers for example which I haven’t tried yet. Service was great. It was warm inside and I was cold, that was nice too.

Literally the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. We were so upset we didn’t even want to eat it. Not only is it WAY overpriced, it doesn’t even taste that great. More sauce than anything else, hard, and extremely small. I paid 50 $ on their knots(best thing they had), a medium half combo and cheese pizza(looked smaller than a small) and the combo platter. Mind you the combo platter had 4 soggy onion rings, 3 stale tasting jalapeño poppers, 4 mozzarella sticks, and 3 chicken strips(more like chicken nuggets). The food tasted like something I could microwave and the service was terrible. Try Ricos, you will not be disappointed.

Service is excellent, the food is very good. The only reason I’m not going up to 5 stars is that the pizza can be very slow to get to the table.

Do not come here during lunch rush M-F. Every state worker is here and nearby business owner. The service is slow –mainly because there are only two –three servers. You’ll have to wait forever for your food. And the food is nothing amazing, altho the waitress is accommodating with orders. And split checks are applicable if needed.

Pete’s is great when you are in the mood for some extra cheesy pizza, but I’m not a huge fan of their dough style. It’s hard to describe, it’s not really your typical«pan style» and not thin. It seems it is somewhere in between normal crust and pan crust and it’s just not appealing to me although I love normal and pan crust pizzas. Their toppings are also pretty average.

Mediocre food. Bad service. Pulled into town and ordered for delivery to our room. They don’t take Discover Card, so I told them I would pay with cash. When the driver arrived he couldn’t make basic change, so I had to call in a different credit card. Very awkward and inconvenient. Shortly after the driver left, we discovered they had delivered a pepperoni pizza instead of the cheese one I ordered. When I called the restaurant to complain, the girl put me on hold for 5+ minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for them to try to figure it out since we had kids getting out of the bath and wanting to eat, so I had to hang up. I had given them my order number and they had my cell phone number, but made no attempt to call me back. On top of everything else, the food was just«okay.» Nothing spectacular.

I love everything on the Menu, and the excellent service we always get here. The pizza is amazing, but the garlic knots are my favorite guilty pleasure.

Pete’s Pizza is a midtown landmark. In my opinion, the Veg-Head Pizza is worth the trip to the restaurant. On the other hand, if you’re interested in authentic Italian food, I’d suggest driving another few miles to Mama Suzanna’s in River Park. Not only is the ambiance there better, but the service is personable. The portions are considerably more generous, everything is homemade, and the service is excellent. There they will prepare a dish any way you like it. Pete’s is a great place to go when you want to watch sports with dinner, especially pizza, but I’d recommend Mama Suzzana’s for homemade Italian in a more peaceful environment.

In Sacramento for business and found this place driving through downtown. Looks nice when you first walk in and the food smells incredible. Unfortunately it only smells incredible. The dishes we ordered were; Pizza(their signature dish) Pastrami with potato salad Hamburger with coleslaw Each item was amazingly mediocre. My colleague describes the burger as, «being cooked… sufficiently». The staff were friendly, attentive, and informative. Overall, they were great. It’s just too bad the food wasn’t.
