Bring back the blackberry mojito green tea lemonade! Also stop running out of ingredients to make your seasonal drinks! I was told the caramel ribbon crunch frap is a «seasonal summer drink» — it’s been summer for not even a month and this drink is hard to find already. It’s just so much better than the regular caramel frap, so get it together and keep ingredients stocked and available!

I created a Unilocal account just to leave this review. I come to this Starbucks 1 – 2 times a week and usually never have a problem. The employees aren’t the friendliest or happiest but they get their jobs done. Today, instead of waiting in the line of seven cars in the drive thru I decided it’d probably be quicker to just go inside and order. I ordered my usual iced mocha and since they were out of bagels I ordered the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich. After I ordered I had to wait over ten minutes for my sandwich. Ten minutes… to heat up a sandwich… really? I honestly think they just forgot about it until they saw me still standing there 9 minutes later. Also, when the barista finished making my drink she grumpily said«iced mocha» put the drink on the counter and literally threw a straw at the cup. Didn’t say a word either. No «sorry about that» or any type of acknowledgement that she just threw a straw across the counter at me. I was amazed. She had at least acknowledged the existence of the previous customers just moments before, but didn’t say a word to me and threw a straw… Anyhow, I eventually got my sandwich(no «sorry for the wait» or anything of the sort) and after a 15 minutes ordeal that would normally take less than 6 minutes, I got in my car and drove to work. Twenty minutes later when I finally had time to eat I bit into my sandwich and didn’t taste an ounce of bacon. I opened it up and didn’t see an ounce of bacon. I studied it closer and found something that was definitely meat, but definitely not cooked bacon. I was disgusted at first(thinking it was either old or uncooked bacon) but having eaten half of it already I just told myself if must’ve been the ham sandwich. Whatever it was, it was not what I had ordered and had taken up a ridiculous amount of my time. Not only was I late for work but I was stuck with a gross sandwich that I had no intention of finishing. I’m not one to complain about food service, especially having worked in the industry before. I get it, and maybe the barista was just having a bad day. But if she had been even the slightest bit friendly or helpful or ANYTHING then I wouldn’t have written this review. But thanks to her appalling rudeness and failure to do her job correctly I will probably avoid this particular starbucks from now on. And for the record, all seven if the drive thru cars got their food long before I did. Thanks for a great Wednesday! Jerks.

Listen. Listen to what I am saying to you at the drive thru. I will give you 5 bucks pretty much everyday if you will just get my drink right. Why won’t you listen? Why do you always think you can outsmart my instructions? The green sea nymph on the side of my personal cup has a solitary tear down her cheek. This tear doesn’t affect you in the least, does it, overworked college kid slinging espresso and whip?

I’ve come in here off and on for a few years. Every time I come, there are always flies, everywhere. I left early a number of times because of them, today included.

Flys everywhere, place was dirty. Spoke with supervisor, her name was Athena. She was offended and very rude when advised that the store should have fly fans. Blamed it on the landlord. Gave an attitude. Saying flies are seasonal??? You literally had to swat the flies from you. Wow!

While the staff here tend to be friendly, that doesn’t make up for the excessively long waits and incorrect orders. I’ve given them a chance at least a dozen times because it’s the closest drive-thru to my home. However, this place is the WORST when it comes to waiting. And it doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s 2:30pm on a Saturday or 9am on a Monday — the wait is FOREVER. And even after an order being completely inaccurate, I’ve never been offered a free beverage coupon like at most Starbucks locations. We were in the drive-thru when there were only 2 cars in front of us. It took 22 minutes for us to get ONE beverage! The car directly in front of us got so frustrated that she just pulled off when it was her turn to get her beverage — and the staff didn’t even notice!!! They tried to give us her order instead of ours! On another trip there, I ordered a latte. When I took a sip when I got home, I realized they had instead given me a black coffee! I drove all the way back to the store to get a latte and all I got was, «Sorry about that.» No coupon, nothing. I’ve put in MULTIPLE complaints to Starbucks about this store but have seen little improvement. I’ve been to a LOT of Starbucks stores with wonderful service — this is NOT one of them! Unless you have 15 – 30 minutes to wait around for your drink, it would probably be faster to park and go into the Starbucks in the Target across the street.

Always clean. Welcoming, smiling employees. Terrific hours and a drive through. One of my favorite Starbucks.
This place is not the same way it used to be. Yes, the parking was always a nightmare during peak hours, which is always the case(except during the sporadic fifteen minute windows between crowds). I don’t see a lot of the employees that seem to have been there since forever, but that might be part of the problem. I was always greeted with a smile and friendliness here, but that happens once a quarter now. Aside from the long wait, which was less brutal at a Starbucks in the heart of New York City during the morning rush than at this one, the staff appears poorly educated on their menu, cashier duties and simply how to keep this place clean. Remember the days when Starbucks used to justify their prices with their specially trained baristas? Not happening anymore is all I can say. In the past few months, the inside has changed quite a bit. They replaced their seating area with these horrible, don’t stay here and enjoy your beverage more than five minute chairs, along with frighteningly high and thin high top tables with stools. This«chic» has taken away from part of the one few reasons why coming to Starbucks to enjoy their menu was worth the price. The most tragic part is how dirty this place is every time I step inside. The first couple of times, I passed it off as a fluke and assumed the place was too busy to wipe a counter or empty the garbage. That can happen at a restaurant with high volume, but one day I sat there for an hour while drinking a couple of cups and not once did I see anyone replenish supplies, clean or empty any overflow. There were virtually no walk ins or drive thrus, but lots of conversation behind the counter. Slacking off when the manager is not around? No. I’ve witnessed the manager spend more time appeared not interested in being there either. Then I stumbled on this health department review while reading an online article and I was saddened to see my sentiments were widespread. Do yourself a favor and take your Starbucks fix to the new location by Wegmans. They are just as rusty on the menu and how to work the register & equipment, but at least you won’t feel like you stepped into a place whose floor could use a good cleaning. And no, don’t even bother going to the one across the street at Target for many of the same reasons.

It’s a typical Starbucks and I always feel like I’m an idiot when I’m trying to order coffee here! I just don’t get all the lingo that I suppose coffee aficionados use! Still, staff is friendly but I do find the service to be a bit slow at times. I find their coffee to be a bit on the pricey side and a bit stronger than I usually prefer. I do really like their hot chocolate! Still, this is a clean Starbucks with available indoor and outdoor seating along with a drive-thru. The parking lot is not overly big and during busy times, you just need to be extra careful.

Longest wait of my life for coffee, over half an hour and its impossible to escape the drive thru line due to the curb. We received no explanation and were still charged for one cold coffee. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

This Starbucks location is consistently friendly and the quality of the blended drinks are always top notch. The only complaint I have is the parking lot can be tough to navigate at the Royersford location
