Dunkin’ Donuts

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and beverages but the customer service at this particular location has disappointed me many times. They often do not understand what I’m saying and then get frustrated with me because of this. From now on I will try to go to the one in Royersford, where I’ve always received much friendlier service.

Coffee is good. Staff is friendly but the price for this chain is getting to be unaffordable.

Maybe we can move up to an odyssey like yours in the future.

Sunday morning at the drive through. Again, good coffee at reasonable price. Again 15 to 20 minutes at drive through. Too much time

Pretty much your typical DD. There is a nice sizable seating area inside and they do offer free WiFi. This location does also have a drive-​thru. Most recently stopped in here over lunch and had a coffee and a tuna sandwich on a bagel. This is the first time I’ve had lunch at a DD and the sandwich wasn’t too bad. They toasted it and I liked the warm bagel with the cool tuna salad. I really like DD coffee, especially the pumpkin caramel! Service was quick. What I didn’t like about this place was the bathroom. It definitely needed some attention. The door lock doesn’t work, but you can still lock the door with a latch hook that they have. The toilet paper wouldn’t stay on the dispenser and they only had a hand dryer to dry your hands and the hand dryer sucked! I eventually gave up and just used my pants to dry my hands.

I found the walk in service to be excellent. Despite an obviously extremely busy drive thru crowd early on a Sunday morning, we were greeted as soon as we became next in line. The Box O’Joe® to bring back to our friends took less than 5 minutes to prepare, which in my experience, is record time.
While the staff was quite possibly overwhelmed with the volume of demanding, «un-​caffeined» patrons, we were outta there with a dozen donuts & plenty of coffee in hand within 10 minutes.
For country road territory in Pennsylvania, I was quite impressed. And would hope my favorite local coffee chains learn a few things from their fellow east coast franchise owners in terms of speedy & competent service.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts, so the food (ie, donuts, bagels, coffee) is the same as it is at every other Dunkin (which is a good thing, considering you want consistency). My complaint is with the people that work here. They are frequently rude (especially at the drive thru where I’ve had the most problems) and mess very simple orders up.
