I stopped for a Boston Crème Donut at about 9PM, looking to find some solace in a sweet, pudding, chocolate, kind of okay donut. I had a gift card. To my surprise, though I paid for one donut, three were given to me. And, they were shaped like hearts. That very kind gesture, and in fact the pudding, chocolate, kind of okay donut, did bring a little solace. Any other emotional eaters out there know what I mean? A little kindness and a little sugar makes things

They’re really rude. Like, for no reason. Every single time. I just want an iced mocha… I mean, it’s kinda weird that I need to explain what that is every time(at a place whose menu features a bazillion types of coffee)…but my complaint has more to do with them acting like I’ve just ordered a plate of spaghetti or something. Sheesh.

The food and coffee is typical DD. Drive thru service is very fast, but it is very hard to understand the employees because none of them are from the United States, I have a very hard time understanding people from India. I like extra cream on the side, I ask for it everytime and I get glared at as if I was stealing! On my last visit, the woman at the window gave me such a hateful look, I didn’t say anything but as we drove away my 14yr old son said, wow Mom if looks could kill you would be dead. I am waiting for a sign to be posted soon saying extra cream or sugar is additional! I dare anyone that goes to that DD to ask for extra anything on the side!

I went through their drive-thru. Mediocre experience. Service want anything special. Didn’t give me the sugar on side I asked for. Still coffee is lifeblood so it’s fine.

When it comes to the food and coffee quality, this is your standard Dunkin’ Donuts. So if you like it, then great. Otherwise, head North on Lewis road to McDonalds, East on Main Steet to Wawa, or West on Main Steet to Brewed Awakening. Staff here is really nice and are constantly working. At times they seemed under staffed, with one person cleaning in the seating area and one person responsible for making drinks and manning the drive-thru and front counter. This was on a weekend 2 hours before close, so maybe that’s why? This place has a really comfortable seating area and seems more lounge like than your traditional DD location. They separate the ordering area from the seating — very helpful if you’re working at the DD. If you need to meet people, or are looking to work while having a coffee, I strongly suggest going either here or Brewed Awakening. This location does have a driver-thru, in case that matters to you.
