Overall great experience. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice and welcoming. No attitude. Great selection, from starter kits to big boys. However after sitting there for a bit and trying their flavors, then purchasing a few. After I got home I came to discover that the flavors I purchased tasted nothing like the samples they had to offer. Was thrilled when I got home to try them out. Only to be dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend their house blends. Or «gourmet juices». Other than that, I’d go back for other stuff just not their juice.

This place is HORRIBLE! So I ordered the Black Mod Ultra, Efest Soda Charger, and an Efest Battery. I placed my order on the 28th(Monday) and got an email saying I would receive it within 2 days. AWESOME! Fast turnaround. You have me a repeat customer already. So I get an email the next day stating that the charger is on back order and you’ll receive it no later than Saturday the 2nd, but for the inconvenience we’ll throw in a free eJuice. Great! Communication is the key and free stuff! Who doesn’t love free stuff. Saturday rolls around, nothing! Monday, nothing. Tuesday, nothing. Where is my charger? So I email them asking where is my charger. I get a response of: «My sincerest apologies. I just ailed them out yesterday. You will receive them tomorrow. I included two bottles of juice with your charger. The chargers came in a little later than expected. But I did get it out to you as soon as I could and you will definitely have it tomorrow. « Okay??? And you couldn’t take the time to let me know that you didn’t stand by your word. Remember you said«no later than Saturday». It takes a quick minute type a quick email. So I get my charger. Open up everything and the MOD is defective! The black casing around it came off! I understand that this is my purchase and I try and take care of the stuff I buy and not destroy it. So I send ANOTHER email stating that my MOD is defective and I would like to exchange it or replace it. Because it states on the website«You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).» There response is that OBVIOUSLY you opened up the item out of the box, we dont know what you have done to the item to destroy it. FIRST off, let me tell you HOWCOULD I KNOWITWASDEFECTIVEIF I DIDNTTAKEITOUTOFTHEBOX! So there was no resolution. Just a bunch of unprofessionalism here. No customer service. Just a business trying to eat up peoples money. This place does not have me as a repeat customer and this place will definitely have this bad review. Purchase at your own risk. This is rediculous.

For being the first shop I visited while in Michigan I was impressed they are very nice have great customer service and a great selection of custom juices! Not to mention a nice array of hardware. I will be back whenever I’m in town. Thanks for everything Phil!

Not sure why there’s no reviews yet, this store is newer but quickly expanding! Any time that i had ANY type of problem with my vape, the staff was very attentive and helpful. I quit smoking all because of finding this place and i have referred it to many who also were looking into quitting cigarettes. Millenium Vapes is as legit as it gets as far as e-cigs and juice. So many flavors and all types of nicotine levels to fit anyone’s needs. Oh, and the price is incredibly reasonable. No need to look up any other store.
