Inline Vape – Royal Oak

Besides sometimes being out of stock of some items (I assume simply because they get a lot of business) they provide excelent customer service and a wide variety of products. I’ve never gone in there with a question they couldn’t answer, even if they had to go well out of there way to answer it. All the people who work there are friendly, and you quickly get to know them.

2 stars for wide selection. However, overpriced and inexperienced salesman coupled with their credit card machine not working assures I will not be back to this location.

They don’t stand by their products. Bought a mod only to have it stop working a week later. They refused to return or even exchange it. Basically just said «sorry» and shrugged their shoulders. I’ll never go there again. Not even for as much as a coil. There’s a new Mr. Vapor down the street, I’ll just go there from now on.

I just found this place and I’m so glad that I did!
The staff was really helpful– they even mixed up a custom blend of fluid for me on the spot. So far I like the fluid and I definitely plan to be a repeat customer.

I have been to many vape shops in my area and have yet to find one who’s customer service or product knowledge matches that of Inline Vape’s. The drive to Royal Oak is well worth it! I buy all my juice here and I have introduced so many people to vaping through this place. Whether you’re a new customer or a regular, they make sure to educate you on the products you are purchasing. They have a great selection of juice and hardware with even better prices! They even have monthly customer appreciation days where they offer deals and promotions all day. Not only do they offer products, but services as well. They have taught me how to rebuild and change my own coils… I’m starting to feel like a pro!
Also, a great place to get a gift for a friend looking to quit smoking. I set my neighbor up with the Aspire premium starter kit and a couple of different tobacco flavored juices… He has not smoked in 6 months!
Great customer service, friendly environment, & nice place to hang out & vape without the pretentious vibe you might get at other places.

New vape shop opened up right along the Woodward avenue road.
People at the shop were very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of selection of juices to choose from and has a small lounge area to relax if you want to chill.
Will be back again.
