I love their teas here! But why does it take like 10 – 15 making my drink every single time I come here O_O? It should take less than 5 – 10 min :/thus… –1

Probably one of my favorite places to get tea and boba. Their original tea has be one of the best I have had. Add some boba with it and BAMMM! I’m a happy camper yo. I personally have never eaten here BUT I might be assuming that all the other teas and drinks must be Good too. I just have a feeling.

Food are bad. Not only that, we ordered a Mango ice. The Mango was really bad and make me sick. I will never come again.

Always come here for my fruit tea. Always my favorite. Today my husband and i stopped by for quick drink and snack. The drink is always good. I am glad that they finally have an option for less sugar. Because most of the time i have to ask for extra ice so that my drink is not too sweet. My husband always get the mango icee. I tried it myself and i liked it. I prefer the fruit tea because it is really refreshing. I wanted to try their hot drink one day. Oh and i wish they would cut the fruit that they put in a drink smaller because its easier to drink it than eating the fruit with the stick. Also for the popcorn chicken is always good and perfect size for snacking. Their pricing: is fair for the area Their parking: is depend on the day you come. Sometimes its overcrowded. And very small space for suv. Parking meant for compact car. I guess this is the only downside. Cleanliness: is good. Never once i go there that it was dirty. Place always kept clean. And the bathroom is clean as well. The place is good for group. Ambiance: good for hang out Staff: energetic, and friendly. Will come back for drinkss :)

Been coming here for years. Tea’s are consistent, food is tasty, they have tv’s usually playing sports, and they bring out your orders relatively quick. Also they have a stamp card where you get a free drink after 10 drink orders. Everything I imagine a boba tea place to be.

I love getting drinks at Ten Ren cause of the consistently well-brewed tea, quality of tea used, and wide selection. My usual order is passion fruit green tea iced(half sugar). The milk icees are great — creamy and decadent, but I don’t usually get them. Gotta watch the sugar intake. Really can’t go wrong with any of the drinks here. I’ve never had a badly made drink at Ten Ren. The staff at this location are peppy and energetic. They make an effort to wipe down your table and checkup on you. I got a hot rose tea last time and they offered me an extra cup and more hot water. Really appreciated that extra care. Note: this place is located in the same plaza as the new Boiling Crab location. Restaurant is smaller than the Diamond Plaza location, but turnover is fairly quick. Parking gets crowded during peak dinner times.

I normally love Tenrens longyan tea but today I was so disappointed the tea lacked that longyan flavor and the pieces of longyan was bitter making every time I sip the tea and chew the longyan bitter. I guess the time you go really makes a difference it tastes better during the day time than night time.

Food is good. Tea is good. The service is acceptable, but it could be really bad depending on who you get. I had one server in the to-go line roll their eyes at me before ordering, and didn’t even show patience! it’s super frustrating, and it became worse when I told the to-go line staff: «I want two fruit green tea: one hot, one cold.» The server repeated my order by asking, «Is the fruit green tea what you want?» I replied, «I want two fruit green tea: one hot, one cold. Am I not ordering it correctly? It sounds like you are asking me if I want only one drink. There should be two drinks.» The server raises his voice to prove that I didn’t know my order, and then debates if he wants to just make one drink instead of two.(The nerve of this guy’s attitude…) Some of the servers discriminate internationals coming from countries that don’t tip, and some just hate frugal professionals or stuck up adult teenagers in college. I think the servers have worked there for too long, and probably frustrated with the inconsiderate customers that they see on a constant basis. The servers are making an honest living, but they have to deal with all the customers’ needy wishes not only as part of their job description, but also for gratuity. Quite frankly, I think the inconsistent gratuity is more demoralizing than rewarding over time because of the customers that ten ren attracts. It’s kind of loud in the restaurant, and I can hear the person next to me when I’m seated. The music is annoying background noise because it doesn’t do enough to drown out the sound of conversation coming from the couple sitting across from me. I hate most customers. I would come more often, but I’d like to see an improvement first! Thank you for offered product selection, but no thanks to customer service, rowdy customers, and fung sue.

Boba sucks !! I get boba on a regular basis so I’m pretty experienced with boba but this boba tasted like powder, the milk tea tasted like water. The guy that made it sighed in anger when we walked in. It was a little busy but at least have some decency. And then I paid 10 $ for 2 cups of boba milk tea & taro & it was horrible… DONTGOHERE

Wow cant believe that im saying this but the jasmine green milk tea is just an ok! Nothing too special about it! I have been so excited trying this place out ! Not too much to crave for! However, you can customize the drink. The price for the drink is not cheap and parking is hard to find

With so many Ten Ren’s out there in LA area we decided to grab a drink after dinner. This place was located in the same plaza as dinner so we didn’t have to find parking and just walked a little bit to it. During night time this place can seem a little bit on the busy side but we still found tables to sit on. Ordered a grapefruit green tea with no sugar and honey milk tea. Most of the time when I order drinks at any tea houses I like the option of just not adding anymore sugar since the fruit teas already have some what a sweet flavor in it already. Don’t forget to bring your stamp card. I seem to always just keep getting new ones for Ten Ren’s which is a little annoying, hopefully one day they will just make it easier with a system that you just give the cashier your phone number and they can keep track of how many drinks you get. That would be kind of nice.

Been here many times for tea and hot pot, nice and modern café without good service, they just bring your food to you and will not check on you until you wave them down. 1. Passio Mango green tea — 4⁄5 the sweetness and amount of ice can be adjusted to your liking and they should have you taste it until it’s right. This is my fav tea without any add-on like boba, however they have a list of add-ons if you like them in your tea. 2. Sour cabbage hotpot– 2⁄5 we got to try the hot pots because it was BOGO at the time, but this was mediocre at best, soup was bland and portion was not impressive, dipping sauce is also plain, will not come just for this. 3. Salted caramel black sugar Snow Ice– 3⁄5 portion much smaller then other snow ice, flavor OK, but nothing to rave aboit, I would still prefer to have snow ice else where. This place still just best for the drinks, since they use good tea for the ice teas(Ten Ten is oldest and biggest Tea farm /Brand from Taiwan), I do taste the difference on the quality of tea as compared to the other lollicup types boba tea shops, and this does reflect on the pricing in comparison to the other boba tea places. I will be happy to try the other drinks, but no more food from here.

Cute place. It was my first time here. I got the honey apple green tea with aloe Vera. It was yummy, but there was so much ice that I was still thirsty after I drank it. Maybe next time I’ll get a large.

Came in here for the Summer BOGO joypot deal from 5:30−9pm Monday-Thursday! Compared to the layout of other Tenrens that I’ve been to, this one is very open and clean looking. The servers do their job and I got my joypots in a timely manner. Don’t forget that you can add a House Tea(milk tea, black tea, green tea) to your entrée for $ 1.50. I got the spicy porkbone hotpot with beef which was delicious as always. It’s a pretty spicy broth so if you can’t handle spice, I’d opt for the regular pork bone.

Exterior: many stores around it. Interior: Small and clean. Service: really friendly people and fast working pace. Drinks: their caramel icee milk tea/brown sugar icee milk tea is always my favorite. Love potion is good too. Overall: a good place to hang out and talk with especially if it’s a small group.

— Locale Destination — It’s on E Gale Ave and Nogales St in Rowland Heights. It’s in the shopping center across from 99 ranch market. Ambiance: Very modern. Simple and clean décor. Some TVs. Super cold inside — you do need a jacket. Service: Very little. Not so attentive. They speak English. They also put a suggestion box, but no paper nor pen to write. What’s the point of having it since no one can write anything? Wi-Fi: Free but limited time only at this location — Only weekdays — wth?! The location phone number is the password. It’s on the menu. But it seems to have an issue quite often according to the staff and the customers. Parking: Plenty — Gluttony Expedition — Caramel milk icee: The milk slushy was very bland and not sweet at all. Just terrible. On the other hand, egg pudding and grass jelly were way too sweet. The grass jelly doesn’t taste like«grass jelly». Fail. — Conqueror’s Deduction — The staff here could speak English, which is a plus. But the icee I had here tasted totally different from the one at Walnut location. Fail in many ways.
