Miracle Maids

I would have to rate this company as less than one star if I could. The cleaning crew came out one year ago to clean my house and neglected to clean several areas such as closets and under some furniture. I was told that that would be corrected and the next cleaning would have additional services attached at no cost to make up for the lack perfect service. The next time the maids came out, the same places and items that were missed the prior time were missed again. I called and asked why the maids basically mopping my floor and leaving and without cleaning anything else. (Trust me, when I say just mopping my floor and leaving, that was all they did) so I was told that a third time they could come out and I would not be disappointed. I agreed. The maids came out for the third time and cleaned the same way as the prior two times. I refused to pay for just the maids mopping my floor and Mike argued with me saying that he trusts his maids over what I’m saying and that cannot be right. I refused to pay for a service that never was performed and told them never to return and I have not heard from the company for an entire year until the owner, Ken decides to call me out of the blue and state that he is filing criminal charges on me for refusal to pay. He said the company had been trying to get ahold of me for an entire year, which is absolutely not true, and I need to pay or he’s filing charges. He called me a liar and told me I was trying to trick them and didn’t care that I was the customer. I asked why I would lie when I’m in the military and I have money to pay and have no reason to not pay when this could affect me greatly. He was extremely nasty and rude to me over the phone and continued to threaten me. I asked if paying half of my bill, $ 70, would make him happy, he agreed.
I would never recommend anyone do business with this company, ever.

After several cleanings by Mike, he still continues to impress. Hands down the best maid service I’ve used.
