Burger King

First off it’s been years since I’ve visited a Burger King restaurant. I’ll likely not be back. This is a newly renovated location. Came in today after noon, they were busy but be no means packed. I noticed when I arrived at the drive-​through has about five cars waiting. I came in to find one person waiting at the counter for what turned out to be a to go order and another couple waiting for their order. I received no greeting or eye contact from anyone working. I noticed 5 people working. When I finally had the opportunity to order I commented to the lady working the counter that they looked shorthand. I ordered a number eight with fries, it came out pretty quick and everything was tasty and hot. No complaints there. The drink and condiment area was a disaster. There wasn’t even little cups for the ketchup. My table and seats were also in need of cleaning. No greeting at entry, no greeting when the order was placed, no personality from the order taker. Just a general poor performance. Maybe I’m expecting too much here? They get one star because the chicken sandwich was good.

I cannot lie. I love me some Rodeo Burger! So you can imagine how I cried when my rodeo cheeseburger had the rodeo, had the burger, but where’s my cheese dudes?
I know that I showed up 10 mins before closing, and you’re ready to go home, but cheese won’t slow your return home dudes.

I hate to say all this because I love Burger king but this location is weird and the I guess store manager is creepy asf. When we first walked in there we’re 2 girls gossiping and then turn to see us walk towards the counter, after we took our order and got out food I notice the fries were to crazy to call normal, super salty to the point it looked like sugar and I strongly think it was done out of spite, my girl was looking good!!! These females was jealous. Lol watch out for them orange is the new black Latinas behind the counter

Never had a issue at this BK. Staff happy and polite. Manager is also cool and understanding with issues.

Coffee was burnt, took them 3 trips through the drive thru to give me a ham, bacon, egg and cheese Croisandwich that was not cold. Paid almost $ 7 for a really terrible breakfast. Won’t be back.

As far as Burger Kings go, I think this one is great. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. We’ve been here 4 – 5 times. Last time we were here, the gentleman refilling the ketchup and napkins asked if we needed anything and was very congenial. The young men at the counter have handled our orders including additions and subtraction with humor. We’ve never come at a super busy time. This is an enjoyable BK. The food is good. We prefer BK over McD’s. This establishment does not disappoint.

Terrible service. Orders are rarely right. Not going here any longer. Tired of paying for meals that aren’t complete.

Oh, man, this Burger King is just so sad …
For no good reason, I hate at Burger King yesterday. Don’t ask. Maybe it was to nostalgia or something for good times of my youth. All I know is that ambience here is sad … like late 80s depressing. Ugly wallpaper, dirty floors, etc.
Food was as mediocre as ever. I regretted the decision afterwards.
Sorry, Burger King, but so many of your franchises are run horribly.

I was very sad to see they have taken the Turkey burger off the menu. Not only was it very good, it was nutritious as well.
I will not be returning to burger king again. You made a bad choice, you were the only fast food chain that had one, you could have built on that concept.

This place is delicious but will kill you… TRUE STORY.
My best friend ate breakfast there every morning, and overall followed a healthy diet outside of that… A week ago, he had a myocardial infarction and actually died for about 5 minutes…
Not positive that this was the case, but the doctors said that it was plaque buildup in his heart and it smelled like a Whooper Jr.
I don’t know what they put in this stuff, but be careful. I still think its yummy… So, two stars.

I decided to go to this Burger King this morning because I wanted a ham crossandwich. I haven’t been here is ages because through the years they have had a history with me of getting my order wrong. I ordered a ham crossandwich meal with a medium coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugers and an orange juice. What I discovered I was given when I got to work was a sausage crossandwich with a coffee only partially filled. The coffee was over an inch from being filled and it had artificial sweetener in it. Some things just don’t change. Dear Lord let me remember this if I think I would like to have a ham crossandwich in the future.

When ordering a burger. ask for «Off the Grill» now it might take some time but the burger will be like wow. ;-)

It’s a Burger King. They have bacon cheeseburgers and coke icees. And a drive thru. Sometimes we need quick food so we go. Don’t judge.
The reason we don’t go more often is because EVERY TIME we go to this location we have to pull around and wait for our order. No matter what we order, no matter what time of day, whether there are cars behind us or not. Sometimes the excuse is they have to make fresh fries. Or it’s a fish sandwich my husband ordered. Always some kind of excuse to pull around and wait. We see other people have to do it too. What are they doing in there?
«So it’s a burger king. It’s fast food. What do you expect?» you might ask. Well, we go because we expect it to be FAST. If we wanted to sit and wait around we’d go to an actual restaurant and get good burgers or, you know, a half restaurant like Chili’s or something and get ok burgers.
So we get annoyed and don’t go back for a while. Then forget how annoying this place is and go back to get annoyed again. It’s a vicious cycle for just a damn bacon cheeseburger and a coke icee.

Have it your way. flame broiled and other.
It’s a Burger King. nothing special, but you know what you get and you can get some good coupons as well for great deals.
You know what you want when you come here and you get what you need. They have always gotten my order right and fast.
