Run from this place! Giving 1 because I don’t have the option to give 0 stars. $ 250 for the worse dying job ever. Hair was multicolor and staff was aggressive. Too many good places in Austin. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Jenn is so awesome! She’s great with hair and incredibly nice. As a first time customer I went with a dramatic change of all over color and it turned out magnificent. She’s extremely professional and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely make this place my go-​to salon.

I have been searching for a stylist since forever. I am done dealing with bad haircuts and hideous color so I just let my hair go wild and cut my bangs whenever I absolutely had to. Yikes. Those days are over! I have finally found a fantastic stylist! I decided to try this place based on Jenn’s reviews everywhere on the net. They are ALL positive. I know that in itself can be misleading and a lot of smoke and mirrors sometimes. So, what about this case???
First of all, Jenn could get great reviews if she shaved all our heads! She has a fun, honest GIANT personality that makes the visit a blast. Second and most important, this woman LOVES her job and is a gifted judge of style. She knows how to cut your hair based on your features and lifestyle. The style you get will fit YOU. I have never left a salon without a sick feeling in my stomach that my psycho hair is going to turn Ronald McDonald orange the second I leave the weird lighting or the second I wash it the first time. Honestly, it’s the weirdest hair on the planet! Not this time. Jenn actually listened to me and said she could give me a color that would fit me. I LOVE IT AND MY HAIRCUT! She carries a really good quality product line and knows how it works but doesn’t push anything on you. She gives great tips and education.
So, the really long-​winded point I’m trying to make is that you need to believe all of us Jennbots and go get a new look that you will love.

So I’ve been living in Austin all my life and continuously struggled to find a hairstylist that knew how to cut my hair correctly. I am mixed with black and white and have very curly hair so it’s not always an easy task. My haircut with jenn was amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable and is very accommodating, really going above and beyond to please her client. I went in with a mess on my head thanks to the last hairstylist that I went to and she made sure to not only fix it but make it beautiful. She is now the only person I’ll go to from now on for future haircuts. Thanks so much jenn!!!

I recently moved to Texas and with this heat my super long hair had to go! I’m do glad I found jenifer she was super understanding and has lots if experience since she did exactly what I wanted, I chop about 12 inches and I love it

I recently moved to North Austin and was nervous to try a new person for my cut and color. I was impressed with Jenn’s bio and experience with color so I went for it. She personally answered her phone which was awesome to not get a machine. She directed me to her website for making an apt. What a great system! I could see for myself available times, book the apt. and cancel if needed. I was able to get in earlier than expected and had a great experience while there. She took her time, listened to what I was wanting and made great suggestions. I will definitely go back.

Long overdue review! I purchased a voucher through Living Social for a haircut. I had no trouble getting an appointment at the late time that I requested, and the stylist was amazing!
I have horrible hair and it is very hard for someone who doesn’t know how to cut it to do a good job. She spent over an hour doing my hair which which normally is done in about 20 minutes.
She spent so much time and was so meticulous because she wanted to make sure that I was happy. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer who will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.
