I hadn’t had a whopper in a long time and I felt like farting all day at work the following day, so my girlfriend and I stopped at BK for dinner. We pulled through the drive-thru to have someone mumble at me through the speaker. At this point I had to stop and think, «did I accidentally press 2 for Spanish?» I proceeded to order against the insurmountable odds of my order actually being correct. Literally, I could hear the incompetence in the voice of the cashier, and planned on having to make that trip back, so we just pulled into a parking space and checked out order. I asked for the simplest burger imaginable: a double whopper with cheese only. You literally just have to put the cheese and meat on the bun and wrap it up. There’s no need to even touch anything in the maketable. Yet there in my bag sat a double whopper with everything. Condiments. Vegetables. All of it. My girlfriend’s order was correct through some miracle, so I thought«well it wasn’t as bad as I thought. At least they only messed up mine.» But no. The fries are cold as hell. So I go inside, hoping to avoid the language barrier that I somehow have to overcome at a Burger King in Texas, and here’s another cashier that barely understands a word I’m saying, and vice versa. At this point I just take my food and go, bitching the entire way home about the business sense it doesn’t make to put the two most inarticulate people in the store in the two positions where they’d need to communicate most. And it wasn’t even just the language barrier. Everything about the attitudes of both cashiers said«I don’t really care about your food and I want to go home.» I’ve worked fast food. I’ve hated people and I’ve wanted to go home. But I at least made an effort to hide it.

Restaurants are made up of quality customer service. This one in fact. is TERRIBLE. Went there today, the worker helping me through the drive through did not even greet, did not ask if i’d like to order and in a sense seemed to throw my food at me. Then without warning, slammed the drive through window in my face and didn’t say thank you or anything. This girl, with super short boy hair, needs to be fired, ASAP! Not the first time, I go here because it’s the only one close to where I live or seems to be like it’s the only BK in Round Rock to make things worse. I didn’t get a receipt, without being asked if I wanted it or not, of course, so there is no receipt code to complete the BK survey. I swear, if I go here again. it’s only because my husband likes BK so much. I on the other hand. stay away.

Kids play area is gross. None of the machinery works. Cobwebs everywhere. On the brightside their Caramel Fraps are to die for! Delish

Their staff needs to be THOROUGHLY trained, especially when they’re trying to figure out the«so-called» free meals after someone has taken an online survey. Their tables are NEVER wiped and there’s usually a long line of people waiting FOR their order, not TO order. In other words they need to hire more staff. Now I have to go out of my way to the other location, which is about 4 miles out of my way.

Used a coupon for two burger combos for 8 bucks, burger was mediocre, fries were decent and the drinks and service were okay.

Worst experience ever! Not only did the drive through take half an hour, the idiots working there completely screwed up my order. Wouldn’t give me a receipt and didn’t take my coupon. I’ve had terrible burger king experiences before but this is the icing on the cake and I will never try it again. Not worth the frustration and anger. Do not go here!

The employees here don’t really seem to care about the customers or the orders. Every time I go(which I’m still wondering why I do) they have bad attitudes and a less than friendly demeanor at the drive thru window especially. I’m the customer! Don’t give me a snotty attitude cuz I’m buying off the dollar menu!

Don’t expect perfection but the workers seem to mean well and are polite. I would stop here versus the other bk in town
