CVS pharmacy

Worst customer service ever. Pharmacy acted as if I were invisible. I will never return.

We have used several pharmacies in the past. This CVS is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Beats Walmart and HEB pharmacies by a mile.

Saved me after HEB and Walmart… countless times. I have finally learned it is not convenient to bring my prescriptions to big grocery stores. They give accurate time quotes and generally have more in stock than the other big chains. Today my son was very sick and after waiting double the quoted time at Walmart only to find out that they ordered the medicine he needed I demanded my prescription back, yes I had to speak to the pharmacist manager on duty just to get back the prescription they couldn’t fill. I went to CVS and left the store within ten minutes with the meds in hand. They were empathetic to my frustration without bad mouthing a competitor. The pharmacist even gave me help on the portion of medicines filled at Walmart because their pharmacist was bloody clueless. Their normal checkout lines are terrible. I would not recommend going there for anything, but the pharmacy. BUT what a lifesaver their pharmacy is when you have a sick kid.

So close and convenient, and has great bottled water specials that range from week to week. I also like the rewards membership that CVS is doing. It’s a little bonus, every time you shop.

Location + a great price on beer = Convenience

Great staff especially counter help and pharmacist.
