I arrived early in the morning and was greeted by a very friendly staff. It was a quiet stay in a clean room and the breakfast was great. I would definately stay here again.

My wife where was there for 2 days last month everything in the hotel is perfect for the price. The location for the friendly staff it was well worth our time and stay I will be coming back

Nice BW hotel. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff at checkin (Maria did awesome!) and best of all… THEY DO GIVE BONUS POINTS! It irks me that some franchisees would reward your loyalty with a bag of microwave popcorn and a bottle of water. But I digress.
The only recomendation I would offer is that the TV is set too high on the wall which makes it uncomfortable to watch while sitting at the desk. Other than that… I’m very satisfied!

Right behind the Best Western Primo’s a neighborhood bar with great specials. You can walk around the back of the hotel 50 yards away. No drinking and driving walk back safe.

It’s a decent place to shack up for the night and is called the Best Western Executive Inn but it is more appropriately a roadside motel on a busy highway.
Main doors for each room are on the outside and there is no elevator to help with your luggage if you get a room on the second floor.
Complimentary breakfast is in the smallish lobby of the hotel and gets quite crowded in the morning. This is also quite annoying.

Hotel was clean, and everything worked (shower, a/​c, etc) upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast was the usual for a Best Western, coffee & pre-​packaged donuts. The desk was helpful answering requests. Did not have a chance to check out the pool though. This is a great hotel for a family on vacation or a business traveler as it is only a half hour away from downtown Austin.
