We eat at Casa Garcia’s at least once a week normally at lunch. Really love the food, the food comes out within minutes after placing your order. The service is exceptional because of a waitress named Linda A.

LOVE the food at Casa Garcia’s! I always have an enjoyable experience and food comes out super fast every time! I love that they allow me to order breakfast food any time of the day as well! My mother and I will forever hit up Casa G’s! It’s our fav!

We’re regulars, coming for breakfast or dinner several times a month. The past three visits have been disappointing, food and service. We always order Casa G’s chicken enchiladas and today the rice was dry and hard, the refried beans cold, and the enchiladas were just okay. On Fathers Day, they were not busy at dinner and our order took 20 minutes and our margaritas took 25 minutes. Quite disappointing.

Very frustrated on my to go order. I was very clear on what I wanted with my fajitas for the family. Look I get it, we are picky but I am a paying customer. When I say only cheese and sour cream that means no lettuce. Why would you put lettuce with fajitas? The pic below represents what was left after I seperated the lettuce from the cheese and sour cream. Complete absolute waste.

I’ve only had dinner at Casa Garcia’s once, and it was okay. One thing that disappointed me — — - there are things on your plate that aren’t listed on the menu. I had the stuffed avocado, which was delicious, but didn’t realize they would cover it in a green sauce. Next time, though, I’d just request it to be left off. However, the breakfast here is fabulous! You get more than your money’s worth with their breakfast tacos. I ordered(2) bacon and egg tacos thinking they would be the typical size, but I honestly was surprised at how big they were! You get a lot of the egg and bacon filling. I couldn’t eat them both, and I had a hearty appetite that morning. I’ve been wanting to find a good place for breakfast, and we will be going back for the tacos! My husband had buttermilk pancakes and I snuck a bite off of his plate — they were light and done just right. Their corn tortillas were very authentic, and were my favorite part. I’ll have to try something different on the menu for dinner to give a fair review of the dinner menu. The breakfast menu deserves 4 stars, absolutely!

Delicious Tex Mex favorites. Huge portions for reasonable prices. I got the Casa G especial with enchiladas topped in a delicious ranchero, queso, tacos and homemade tortillas. Can’t go wrong. Our waitress, Veronica, was wonderful and provided excellent service. If you’re looking for comfort food this is it.

Casa Garcia’s never lets me down. What’s not to like about complimentary chips and salsa?! The food is always quick, delicious and hot! The service is on point and I always have leftovers so portion is good with good prices to match.

Idk how this place got more than the one star I’m giving it. Maybe because of how it looks on the outside and some of their décor. Their food sucks and for the price they charge is not worth it for what we paid there we could have gone to Salt Grass. They’re also in need of waitresses it took 20 minutes for the girl to come back and get our order and it wasn’t even packed she was even apologizing to the people behind us. When we finally got our food it was cold and flavorless. My husband and picked steak and we got something they cooked on a pan. My kids meal was chicken nuggest with rice and beans and it was just sad and flavorless! We decided to try it out for the first time and we found out the hard way we are never going back you might as well go to Taco Bell instead of that joint.

Food was just okay. This is more about the service. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what but they seemed all over the place. The waiter was kinda rude and acted as if he couldn’t care less about our experience. Queso really did not taste good. I got the beef fajita tacos and they were fine. The restaurant was nice but the service not so much. Plenty of other options around town. Also not the easiest place to find despite it being on 35. I passed it twice.

Great food and service! My husband and I had the beef fajitas and we were extremely surprised at the portion, it was enough to feed four people. It was very well seasoned and cooked. We will definitely go back to this place.

Somebody was craving enchiladas and i’m not mentioning her name… glad she did because Garcia’s was rocking the texmex today, the ground beef enchiladas and tamale and carne guisada really hit the spot! The service was as good as the food, we’ll be back for more.

Good food and great place when they have the staff to support it. Management and owners need to get a better handle on it before they lose customers.

Well. Damn. I’ve been wanting to try Casa Garcias for YEARS. Tonight became my time. Aside from their POWERHOUSE margarita, the place was a culinary disappointment. Truly. My fajita steak plate was LOADED, huge proportion. While tenfer, it was lacing flavor. The beans were rather bland and the rice I didn’t eat. My daughter had chicken something w ranchero, and although hella picky, she wasn’t crazy bout it. Kids all loved their meals & breakfasts. But… for ME, as the paying adult, it was lackluster. Drinks are fab! Plain rita was one of the strongest in RR, yet! I’ll try more apps, but, food wise – nothing stood out.

They definitely get points for quick service but it felt a little rushed. And I am a strict judge of salsa and while it had a good spice to it they flavor was too tomatoe-y for me. The server came by 3 times within 5 minutes to see if we were ready to order. That’s a bit much for me. Then I ordered a chicken fajita salad. The chicken was very good. Had amazing flavor but the salad was small and to me, not worth the price. So that is why I gave 3 stars.

Wonderful service, food & atmosphere! I cannot say enough how good the service was. Vicki was our waitress and she was very attentive! Daniel was also ver helpful. The manager, Enrique, was a very nice gentleman also. My mom & I happened to stop in here to eat, and was glad we did! All of the food was fresh, hot and great! I plan on stopping by here if I’m ever in the area again! Highly recommended!

This review is for service only. I’ve been here several times when I come home to visit my family. Never have I experienced such bad service at this restaurant. We walk in and see there are 4 people waiting at the host/hostess stand. Approx 5 minutes later, no host/hostess. A waitress on the left side of the restaurant glances our way, yet quickly looks away to not make eye contact. A waiter on the right side does the exact same thing. My mother walks up to him and inquires what is taking so long to seat the waiting patrons. He responds in a not so nice manner that the restaurant is busy and we just have to wait. Approx 15 minutes have now gone by. Then finally, a busboy comes to seat us all. Wellllllllllllllllllllll, poor guy has no clue what to do. He can’t find any menus, he sits down one piece of flatware and walks away never to be seen again. Oh Casa Garcia’s, what happened on this Tuesday evening? Short staffed? Anyway, after waiting another 15 minutes at the table with no waitress in sight, we decided to leave. Such a disappointing night at one of my fav Mexican restaurants in Austin. Bummer! I sure did have my mouth set on those gorditas too.

This is one of our go to places for breakfast. The waitstaff is super friendly, and the food is good. We love the Migas a la Mexicana. However, we trade in the ranchero sauce for this divine chipotle sauce they make. It is so addictive! I also add either breakfast sausage or chorizo to my migas. Another reason I like them for breakfast is their coffee. I am a bit picky about my coffee, and theirs is always hot and smooth. They also make their own tortillas, which is rare for some reason. You should try this place out. Watch closely for the sign, though, or you might zoom past it on the access road.
