THANK YOU INDIA FOR BRIGHTENING MY DAY! Never written a review for a fast food place but based on the customer service I received from India, I HAVE to! She was so nice when taking my order and asked me how my day was, truly interested in my response. She complimented my nails. (That I just got done yesterday and wasn’t so sure about myself) just made me feel so great! I drove away thinking about how I wish everyone could take a second out of their day like she did, just to be nice. It really does a lot.

So am I upping my first count or what? No, I really did want to say something genuinely positive about this particular Taco Bell. It is always pretty clean and the people who work here are nice. I went here with my mom and the boy and they brought our food out to us and they even went to get my mom the free drink that was owed her with her senior discount. This is the first time I’ve eaten here, but the boy comes here every once in a while in the summer with his babysitter because they have slurpies. They open the door for people with strollers. They are nice. I feel sort of weird writing something positive about a chain, but there you have it. I’m not a huge fan of Taco Bell fare, but I go for the simpler things like a hard shell taco with a side of beans and rice. It’s not great but it’s acceptable.
