I have shopped here a few times and have found the owners to be very knowledgeable and polite. I have shopped at other sports nutrition shops over the past many years as a competitive athlete, and find this establishment to be one of my best experiences so far by comparison. Chris, the owner, is a very nice person to do business with.

My husband and I are trying to kick our fitness level up to the next step — after four years of marriage and toddler twins it’s easy to get stuck in a rut. This locally owned nutrition and supplement store just opened right down the street from our house, and after visiting this weekend I’m super impressed with the selection and service.
Chris, the owner, took the time to carefully write me a meal plan, and gave me samples of several different kinds of protein. He explained the relative benefits and drawbacks of each type of product — I finally feel like I understand the different kinds of protein supplements (before now, I had just bought generic whey protein from Target… it never occurred to me that there were different types for different needs).
Excellent, thoughtful service! We will definitely be back.
