Juice Shack

I looked up their hours online and I said M-​F they close at 8pm. I showed up at 7:30pm. They were closed at 7pm. The hours really do need to be changed.

I hate to review bad but ugh i know your remodeling that’s fine. but your staff can use a a friendly boost. If your low on banana that’s ok don’t be rude about it to other staff members just go get some and move forward. My juice was great either way. Good luck

Will update as I try new flavors. Place was empty and staff was attentive and quick. 3 times in here and no problem with the service.
Coconut Congo, 5 star delicious! I’m in danger of never trying anything else. Super sweet so I got the smallest size.
Hawaiian Beehive, 3 stars. Very decent, no main flavor peaks out, tastes good but nothing noteworthy about it.
Lemon Berrytwist, 4 stars. Definitely tastes like lemon juice. Good if you’re looking for something tart.
Monkey Madness, 4 stars. Oddly the predominant flavor is peaches, not bananas as I expected. Pretty good!
Peanutbutter Pleasure, 4 stars. Yup, tastes like peanut butter.
Watermelon Warrior, 5 stars. Refreshing and delicious! Tastes almost like a watermelon jolly rancher.

I really like this place the staff is very attentive the customer service is really good and the smoothies are delicious especially the ones that they let you customize on your own. And I personally find it really cool that the staff remembers what I drink and they make it for me as I’m coming in so yeah I think this place is special, it’s really good

Their website says they’re open till 8 on Saturdays! We went at 730 and they were closed! If they have winter hours that should be listed on the website! Not cool!

Came in for the 1^st time recently and loved the huge selection, Wheatgrass options, who else do you see offer this?
Service was fast and friendly, smoothie I had was the Protein shake, delicious and priced reasonably.
I’ll be back today and looking forward to trying out more of the extensive menu, happy camper :-)

I’ve gone to juice shack for years, they’re smoothies have always been great. I was however put off by the sign posted by management/​owners actually stating on their wall that «we apologize because of minimum wage increases our yearly price increase is more this year», hung up on the wall were the employees work practically blaming them for higher prices. As a consumer I don’t like the fact that their back office business is posted on the wall for all to see, which directly points fault that the employees are having to be paid more…

My first visit here– ever. I’m from the East Bay where Jamba Juice is the most popular smoothie place. I was craving a smoothie and didn’t feel like driving to Petaluma or Santa Rosa to go to Jamba Juice, so I finally tried Juice Shack. I tried the Raspberry Ripple and it was delicious! Very impressed by the quality. However, when I came in, they were very busy and service was slow. I understand that it may take awhile to get my smoothie but I literally waited about 5 minutes before anyone even said before someone took my order. No one said hi or greeted me. Service kinda sucked, but smoothie was good. Since this day, I visted the one on Stony Point and had much better service. All in all, I’ll be back when I randomly crave a smoothie.

In comparison to Jamba Juice their smoothies honestly suck. I’ve given juice shack many opportunities to prove me wrong about their customer service, and they’re all the same.
The customer service is terrible. There were 3 people working and no one acknowledged me for 10 min when I stood at the cash register. The employees don’t look happy at all and are just rude with an attitude.
I have never experienced such bad customer service at a smoothie bar. I’ll be happy to take my business else where.

I walked into a store with no one else in front of me. The clerk didn’t look up, she was just standing at the cash register. So, I said hello, and she did not reply with a word. She did, however, give me the look of death. The expression on her face was that of hating life, and no, I am NOT exaggerating. So I said…“okkayyyy…guess not”, and she spurted out «I can’t hear well today». If I hadn’t been fighting a cold and craving a smoothie, I would have been out of there faster than the speed of lightning. But, I really wanted one. While paying, I looked at her name tag, and to my shock, it said «Cheryl, Manager». I will never go back to this Juice Shack. Next time it’s the juice place in the ⁷⁄₁₁ center across from SSU. The only positive here… the smoothie was excellent.

This was my first time going into this Juice Shack I generally frequent the one in Santa Rosa next to the Junior College.
First thing I noticed was that it smelt very strange in there. Not sure how to describe it, but it smelled like cleaning products and rotting food perhaps? Whatever it was, yuck!
The guy at the front counter was what made me take off stars, because the smoothie was pretty good. My friend asked him how long the cookies had been out for and he said «why does it have mold on it? Because they normally do.» Uh…
Juice Shack should step it up and hire employees who know customer service better, because he didn’t!

I love this juice shack! Me and my daughters go here all the time. Everyone is nice but the one guys that works there doesn’t know how to make them right, other than him we LOVE the place.

These kids they hire, need a lot of work on their customer service. I like the menu, and the selections, but I only get served when the kids working aren’t texting or playing «grab ass» with each other.
Perhaps I’m being picky or old fashion but It’d be nice if the guys pulled up their shorts while their working. I don’t need to see their boxers while I order

I love Juice Shack. This has not happened to me at any other Juice Shacks but I ordered 2 smoothies at this particular one and my smoothie was chunky. The staff is not as friendly as well. But I am a regular at the Santa Rosa Juice Shacks.

You can’t expect too much coming from high school students running a smoothie joint, but I grew up in Sonoma County and always remained loyal to my Juice Shack counterparts. The location is convenient with Starbucks, Target, and a movie theater located close by. There’s even a dental office located in the same vicinity so feel free to slurp away after the office visit and once your teeth are clean.
I recommend the Workout warrior — even if you aren’t a gym buff this smoothie packs a punch!

Didn’t actually go into this place so my review is strictly based on the smoothie itself. My boyfriend picked me up a Strawberry Banana smoothie… to which I would never have guessed it was that flavor if he hadn’t told me. The smoothie was sour tasting, but not in the 7−11-sour-watermellon good sour. More in the oops-​I-​put-​way-​too-​effing-​much-​artificial-​sweetener-​in-​this-​smoothie kinda sour. Yeeesh.
Then on top of that, the texture of the smoothie was grainy and chalky.
I’ll put it this way…
Juice Shack compared to Jamba Juice,
Is like a PC compared to a MAC.
If you don’t understand that reference, do yourself two favors,
Get a Mac and go to Jamba Juice.

Great place for a quick pick-​me-​up! Great substitute for a meal!

This place is good if you need something quick and healthy. A great alternative to fast food. The employees at this location are rude though. They never really look at you and seemed annoyed that you’re there. But if you can deal with that then I would recommend this place.

I’ve been going there quite often. I like anything with blueberries. The service is fairly superior. The taste and quality are good. Compared to Jamba Juice and other health food places, it doesn’t stand out as much.
