Worst customer service ever. I had an eye appointment, had my eyes checked and the lady asked if I was getting glasses. I told her that I was possibly interested in sunglasses. She spent 2 minutes with me and said she would be back. I waited 25 minutes while she worked with other customers. I asked her if I was done and she said give her a second. I then watched her talk to another customer.
I have had bad experiences at Lens Crafters before and should have learned my lesson then.

I bought glasses from
. their parent company also owns lenscrafters. I went to this place and asked for an adjustment and they did it. No big deal. Now I can get rid of my nerd strap. They also cleaned the fingerprints off of the lenses. That was good.

This was our third eyeglass store today. It, by far, exceeded the other stores in customer service. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were also knowledgable. My daughter tried on several pair of glasses and easily helped to those in the case as well. We were there for about an hour– which included shopping, explanation, and the glasses being made. We are extremely happy with our visit!

I am very pleased with the staff members at the store. Dr. Jun Fu is very professional and he explained the results of my eye exam in details with useful advice and recommendations. I have been going to this place for the last 10+ years and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Bad customer service, walked around looking for glasses for 30 min no one even tried to help my daughter she took her scrip to another place to buy glasses

Easy Scheduling. Confirmation phone call prior to appointment. Prompt, courteous service and I was in and out within 30 minutes after an eye exam. Ordering was easy and was given a nice trial pair of new contacts.
Doctor was friendly, efficient, and direct. This place is a little pricey though.

Very poor customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walk in as they are very busy talking to each other. Had an eye exam with Dr. Phu and he was very good though. Spent time answering my questions about why my eyesight wasn’t stabilizing. Waited 10 minutes after the exam to speak with someone about their lens options, one lady pointed me to another who was busy with a client, saying she knows more about it. Hmm. wonder why she works there then.
So just payed for my exam and walked out. Don’t want to give such places any of my business if they don’t know their jobs and are unhelpful.
