Very poor customer service. Every time I’ve ever had to use this location, I’ve been forced to wait over an hour to be helped, not to mention the snail’s pace at which the staff moves while«assisting» guests. The worst experience I’ve ever had was with Terrance. He’s very rude and treats you as a burden or a problem that he’d rather not be bothered with. He kept insisting that instead of fixing my situation, I needed to use my JUMP upgrade, even after I explained several times that I was not interested. He even went so far as to clear my upgrade through the insurance provider, WITHOUTMYPERMISSION. I’m sure they probably earn a commission, but it’s not acceptable for customer service reps to go against the customer’s desired course of action just to earn a buck. This location needs a corporate intervention. Before wasting your time here, try your luck at another location. It’ll be well worth the drive and save you a lot of time and grief.
