My husband had some issues with his iPhone and we came in here on Black Friday. Luckily we were taken care of almost immediately — the wait was about 5 minutes. They took his phone for a reboot or something and we had 1 – 2 hours to spare so we ran some errands. We came back and they said he’d need to get a replacement. We were told to call back later in the week because they’d have to order one. We called when we were suppose to and the phone was ready for us. We came in that same day and they took care of him. Phone issues can be annoying and stressful so we were thankful Sprint helped us out so smoothly.
