The burgers suck so much even with the Groupon I rather go to McDonald’s. The meat patty is very thin and overcooked. The toppings are mediocre and the overall flavor is missing. I would not recommend.

Went here this past summer around lunchtime. Wasn’t crowded because it was a weekday so I found seating easily and service was prompt. It’s atmosphere was pleasant but nothing special or fun. The burger I ordered was decent but I wouldn’t go again simply because it was nothing special. I had expected the food to be on par with chains such as five guys but was somewhat disappointed. Yes, it was hot and quite edible but the meat lacked flavor and the fries were plain and boring. The chocolate milkshake I had was good, much better than a fast food chain such as McDonalds but not really as good as some local diners I’ve been to. Overall, it was a good experience but I would rather go someplace with better food.

Nothing special, very inconsistent in the cooking of the patty, some are done nicely with a beautiful pink color, some are basically burnt. I got the $ 10 hangover burger, where was my egg? So small like it was a finch egg??? Overall…a very average burger joint that will not come if wasn’t for the groupon deal

Today i had The California Burger it was really good… My husband had The Handover it was very tasty i will be ordering that one next time! Its kind of on the expensive side but, worth it. Service was great and fast! Sitting is limited due to winter otherwise they have sittings outside. I really recommend trying i think it was less grease than five guys! I sure will be going back to try something new!

Just your average run-of-the-mill burger place. Not quite Five Guys when it comes to value nor taste. Had a Groupon which covered most of my meal. Had it not been for that(and the Groupon deal itself), I would’ve been very disappointed with the value. The best thing about the meal was the fries/onion rings. Both were crisped to perfection. Another plus is that they have Old Bay seasoning available. I probabaly wouldn’t really crave brb in the future but i have 2 more Groupons so I’ll be making a few more visits. Next time, I’ll opt to make my own burger combination. Also, i had the chicken which was super, super dry. Curious about the veggie patty but scared to try it…

Great loaded tater tots and burgers. We also enjoyed the onion rings. Fast and friendly. Glad we stopped in.

Greasy massive burgers and sides. Price is just right, portions are decent and service quick. Not quite McDonald’s, not quite a nice burger joint. Staff can be a little frowny, but if you were working in a tiny place where you’re perspiring grease, you’d probably feel the same. The décor and cleanliness of the venue are a little miss but the food speaks for itself. If you like Five Guys you’d probably be a fan. The fact that they did a turkey burger had me sold

Burger was pretty delicious. Place was kind of grimy, can’t really enjoy the burger when flies are making their rounds on your food.

Coming in for lunch it was busy but the line moved very quickly. But I’m sorry, this is no Five Guys. Not even close. All I order was a basic cheeseburger with the chipotle ketchup. There were pictures and videos of what looks like a wheat/multigrain bun yet nothing on the menu about it. I would rather have that then a regular white bun. And for my burger it was just over $ 8. That’s on the very high end for just a cheeseburger. Well after 25mins I got my burger and I was disappointed. Too well done and crispy and not much more meat than a McDonalds quarter pounder if even close. I ate half and tossed the rest. Worst $ 8 spent and waste of my time. Will no go back.

Been a while since we have been here. Seating is very limited so we come on nice days to sit outside or snag one of e few seats inside. This visit we got there just after opening and was thrilled to snag one of the two handicap spots just by their side entrance. However we then found the side door marked for handicap access(front entrance as three steps) locked with no indication of how to gain entrance. Luckily the hubby was having a good walking day so we just went around to the front. After a bit of discussion hubby elected to get the Sedona with beef(you can elect chicken, turkey, or veggie options as well). I decided to indulge and got the loaded tater nuggets. I also ordered onion rings and a drink and the order gal made his burger what’s called a brown bag… That’s a combo of fries or onion rings with a drink. We then remembered we forgot to tell them their side entrance was locked. The gal who took our order explained it’s locked for safety reasons. I have no issue with that but we commented that there was no way for a handicap person to indicate to the location they need assistance and that a door bell or other sign to indicate one needed to go to the front first should be present. I then went and checked and if you are inside the handle does turn to allow emergency exit if needed which is good. After that a gentleman came out who asked us what our problem was. I’m going to assume he is management but since he didn’t identify himself I can’t tell you. We then told him the comments about the side door. To be completed later…

Dropped by BRB for the first time today to pick up lunch. Ordered the Sedona burger with fries and was happy to discover that they do not use frozen beef, which is always a plus! Burger was juicy with the right amount of heat from the jalapeños, and the fries were thick and crunchy. I highly recommend adding Old Bay on the fries when they are hot– so delish. Price was ~$ 15 for the burger, fries, and a drink which is pretty steep for a burger joint. Overall, was pleased with the fast and friendly service and the good food!

A major disappointment. There’s potential but it’s just not happening here. I had a California burger which was only okay. Way too greasy. Also too pricey. The dining area is not too inviting and while I was picking up my order, someone went and sat on my stool. Just not a good experience. Service was slow. The woman behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to greet me or ask me what I wanted. Terrible customer service. I won’t come here again.

Burgers were greasy and presentation was really lacking. This is the worst from scratch burger place around. Service was very slow. There was no one in line and it took 10 min just to get our 2 shakes. The shakes and the sweet potato fries were the only thing worth coming here for. Good thing I had a groupon because I would be really upset if I paid full price for the garbage burgers.

Each time I’ve been here, I have only had the lobster roll. The lobster roll is only available in the summer. Big chunks of sweet lobster(the second time I remembered to take a photo; had a little bit less lobster than the first time) on a buttery grilled roll. Each time the roll seemed like it was man handled and falling apart due to being a touch over toasted. The lobster roll here is pretty affordable at $ 12.99. SX had the Hangover burger and upon the first bite, half the burger patty broke off. Burger wasn’t anything too special that made it stand out from other burger joints; Under seasoned and underwhelming. Milkshakes are pretty standard. Available flavors are: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and oreo. The server that was making the oreo shake added in extra cookies in the middle, but those oreo chunks did not fit through the straw, so there was a layer of oreo cookie cement on the bottom of the cup. I have ordered takeout and it can be a bit messy. They do have lids for sauces which is nice. I only wished the takeout plastic bag wasn’t so greasy from the server’s gloves from doling out french fry servings. I did use the Groupon deal, which helped make the experience a lot sweeter.

Tried to go to BRB this evening with my family. I walk in to meet my father in law who is sitting with my 4&5 year old. Right as I get in there two employees in the cooking area get into a balls out fist fight! One gentleman was bloody faced. In the kitchen area right behind the counter! My kids are 4 and 5 and were traumatized! I ran out and called for security. Both of these employees should obviously be fired and management needs to seriously step up their game here. They didn’t even close to clean the kitchen after the incident. This kind of behavior is uncalled for! «Oh, we serve grass fed beef and employee straight thugs.»

This is what burgers are supposed to be. Don’t be scared by the price. Jump in. Get the Hangover burger.

Crazy slow service considering I was the only one in there at the time who ordered food. I ordered a shroomin burger, which pretty dissapointing. The burger itself completely lacked any flavor. They could really step up their game if they maybe tried seasoning a little!!! If you are looking for burgers in reston, don’t bother with this place. Go to The Counter down the street. All of thier burgers are fantastic, even the turkey burgers there are really good!

Bring your patience if you come here. On a Saturday for lunch, we waited 35 minutes after ordering to get our burgers. We weren’t the only ones either as there were dozens of people standing around doing the same. It wasn’t due to lack of employees but seemed to me they weren’t working as a team. My samurai burger was juicy, nice and hot and tasty. My daughter got the California burger which she also thoroughly enjoyed. We split a side of fries that were middle of the road for the both of us. We were tempted by a shake but we’re already in to big bucks with what we had ordered. I think their prices are too high for what you get.

I went back to actually try the burger. I compared the time in my receipt to the time I actually got my burger and it was 42 minutes. Just watching the cooks, they are not working efficiently at all. While it was busy, they put out a burger on average of one every 3 – 5 minutes. This is abysmal for a fast food burger place. I regret coming back to this place. The workers had no sense of urgency, fumbling around at a snails pace. Screw this business, I hope it goes out of business. Ps the burger was okay the patty was dry and overcooked.

After eating here, I now understand where the low reviews come from. My friend and I stopped in for lunch after shopping and were starving. It was by our hotel shuttle pick-up location, and caught our eye when we first arrived. It does have curb appeal: a cute little burger shop boasting craft-style burgers and beef alternatives. It reminded me of a popular place in Atlanta called YEAH! Burger, but the prices are more justifiable there than at BRB. I ordered the California turkey burger: topped with a few really small pieces of avocado, lettuce, tomato and some corresponding sauce(can’t remember what it was, and the menu isn’t loading online at the time of writing). I was so hungry that I ate the whole thing, but I didn’t think it tasted very good and I could probably make it at home. The burger wasn’t seasoned, or at least not enough to where you could taste it, and depended on the sauce for flavor. Like I already mentioned, there was barely any avocado on it, like maybe 1⁄3 of a whole one, and that was also disappointing. Thankfully, the sweet potato fries were good, but I bet they were frozen and hard to mess up. All in all, I paid $ 12 for my meal(skipped the drink and went for water), and it wasn’t that good; I’d say it was a $ 7 – 9 meal based on quality. I feel like I’ve gotten better burgers for the same price at other restaurants, and my standards are well above what they can meet. Next time I’m in town for our conference, I won’t be stopping in.
