Top Pot Doughnuts

This location is great. Friendly service. Lots of room to stretch out. The coffee is good. I got an apple fritter. It was too sweet because of the glaze, but the rest of it was delicious.

Coffee is only okay. For a chain place, I prefer Starbucks but their donuts are decedent and the sandwiches look delicious. Barista wasn’t very welcoming. She seemed miserable, definitely not a morning person. They also took a long time to get our drinks out to us and there was no other people waiting before us so we couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long. Not sure how they handle the early morning rush.

Love the doughnuts there! The staff are incredible and so funny. Only make sure to get there early so you make sure to get your favorite doughnut before they run out!

Five stars for a donut shop with hmm overprice donuts? solid 5 stars for service, they go above and beyond what is required to hand you a box of donuts, coffee, and ice cream, you can find cheaper donuts at your local grocery store, Borracchini’s, even Walmart if that’s your thing, however, what you get with your «hand forged» donut is great service, excellent product, super fast wifi, and plenty of space to write a dissertation, and celebrate a wedding at the same time if you wanted to.
Noise level is moderate, lots of places to plug your computer, table, or phone, clean bathrooms, and plenty of free parking.

The coffee is better than Starbucks, and the doughnuts above-​average, but they are all just variations on the usual neighborhood doughnut shop theme.
As far as doughnut shops go, Top Pot is alright. But it doesn’t hold a candle to a true specialty doughnut shop building doughnuts from the ground up instead of just buying the same tired mixes.

A convenient location for when I’m craving a sweet treat, more particularly a doughnut. Plus, the workers are pretty friendly too. There’s not a ton of seating inside, but aside from the busy lunch break crowds, you can usually nab a spot.

Yeah this place rocks. It’s hard to have coffee anywhere else after trying this place. All the peeps here are always super friendly too.
Katie has mad latte skills, really it’s a highlight of my week. I mean sure, every barista there has delivered delicious lattes but I don’t know their names.
Just tried the soy, it’s good, still prefer whole milk. Creamy dairy ftw

All the doughnuts are great, but sometimes i feel like the quality and freshness varies according to the location.
but love the ice-​cream — provided by snoqualmie ice creams– the salted caramel is really creamy but a little heavy and melty…
would taste delicious with donuts and fudge :) will try it next time

Maple bar donut is my favorite in the world. I can’t get them in NYC. I’ve been to ALL the spots and I just don’t understand why its SOOO darn hard. I also had a dough donut after top pot and I’m not a fan anymore.
Since when did I become a donut fan. I never liked them as much as I do now. I had an amazing time with my friend and her little girl at the Landing and then guy with braids was soooo helpful. He was very informative and really nice to our family. He recommend a few options, we decided to get them all.
I will say EVEN know I gave them a five star. I was a little made that there was NO large sign saying and «we» have ice cream. I even said AFTER five donuts and you have ice cream. I would’ve totally got ice cream. I guess corporate took down the damn sign because they aren’t an ice cream spot. I don’t care put the sign back up!!!

I think I went in during closing. The Doughnuts in the case were limited. But i had a Chocolate donut with a Chai Tea. Definitely a nice spot to hang out before your movie starts. Sit inside or out and listen to free music if a band is playing.
The doughnuts are a delight of sugary goodness.

I really like this location. Spacious interior, plenty of free parking, great staff and perfectly executed donuts. If you’re not a donut enthusiast, they may seem pricy. If you love donuts, you must try this place. My wife and I really enjoy the berry old fashioned donuts and the berry fritters.

Doughnuts are a bit more expensive than other doughnut shops, but great doughnuts! Nice, clean shop with a great atmosphere. Friendly workers. Great variation with the menu. They carry ice cream, doughnuts, coffees, and even Italian sodas!
I got an Iced Mocha and it was a bit powdery.

Very friendly, helpful service… but 4 stars because we were told they would «NEVER» carry gluten free donuts like their other locations. It’s wasn’t the employee’s fault — but the owner/​manager that makes them use such emphasis. I mean, is that necessary? I’m fine with yummy ice cream, no need to get all bratty about people’s health when a simple «no» suffices. ;)
I got a small sundae mint and chip ice cream and my friend got one scoop of salted caramel ice cream. Both were fantastic!

We’ve been here twice now and both times have been disappointed… Donuts always taste day old… Not soft and fresh like Seattle locations…

Great place for studying, it’s not too loud and it’s very spacious. The employees are friendly and they make great coffee. If you like doughnuts and coffee this is the place. Great location. One thing I suggest is to improve the wifi. Will be back.

This is a nice coffee place and unlike Starbucks — they care what the customer wants and have Almond — now if they could just get Sugar Free Almond. Also you can get it in a Civilized Cup. They also have donuts and desserts which are pretty good.
The service is friendly but I hate the attitude — we draw a design on the coffee — if we are in the mood. Today — I did not get a design since there was too much foam. Huhhhh Perhaps scrap some off. Note — no one else was in line — just typical of today — too lazy to care about their job.
They were playing 50’s/60’s rock which was great — yes I am old — and it is a nice place to enjoy a coffee and relax with the wife.
We will come back but I really wish people would appreciate their jobs and do the best they can. (one star off for no design and the second for the ability to make it but not caring — 2 star penalty for attitude.)

Top pot has good donuts. It is a limited selection though, in case you are a donut connoisseur. For me, the old fashion never fails. They serve coffee drinks here too so it works together. It’s the only «café» type place at the landing. I’d come by again if I felt like some coffee. There are better donut places out there.

I have been in to get donuts at top pot a few times for special occasions. Last night I went in to get a few Valentine’s Day donuts for some loved ones. It was around 8:45, 15 minutes before they were about to close. The employees were very nice and took my order. When I waked up to the counter to pay they wouldn’t let me, on the house, just a simple have a nice Valentine’s Day. I was shocked! Ate the the donuts this morning and they were amazing. Grade A staff, will be back again.

I love donuts. When I left Dallas, I also left behind my favorite donut shop. Since moving here, I’ve tried a total of 7 donut shops, and none have lived up to Happy Donuts. I had heard good things about Top Pot, and was excited to possibly have a new place to go on the weekends.
We came here after dinner one day, just because we were in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, and I’m fully aware that because we came in the evening, their selection wasn’t at full capacity.
We grabbed a couple donuts, they are really delicious. My favorite is the jelly donut. I really love how it’s not a filled jelly donut. It always makes such a mess, and this way, I can cut my donut and spread the jelly onto each piece, and it’s perfect.
We also had hot chocolates. I’m not sure what they use for their hot chocolate but it definitely is a lovely taste. Way better than Starbucks, but not my favorite.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, I don’t think the prices are worth the donuts. For me and my daughter to share a medium hot chocolate and two donuts, it was $ 9. Seems a bit much to me. But I suppose for special occasions it’s not too bad.

Convenient location right off of I-​405 in the Renton Landing with lots of free parking. The interior is super modern, spacious, and clean. They rarely ever run low on the popular donuts and also have ice cream, espresso, coffee, soda, and local Fresh Juice Works juices (Orange and Grapefruit are my favorite).
