I went there for my birthday reward and I didn’t know that the reward expires a couple of days after my birthday but Trina helped me out and still gave me a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Frapp! Great customer service and super friendly and helpful staff! Thanks Trina! :)

Worst customer service us to come here a lot and place orders over $ 60 every single time I call to place an order and now they act like the phone is having problems, twice they hung up on me I hope the manager reads this I will no longer frequent this Starbucks. i guess the owner doesn’t like money

Nephew wanted a foofoo drink, so we decided to try our luck while I was reading some books. Apparently, eye rolling and snarky banter are hiring requirements. The counter staff were more engaged in their conversation about gossip while acting as if the customers were inconveniencing them… the audacity of me to expect so little!
Bottom Line-​save your cash and be a barista at home or spend two bucks and get twice the coffee at McDonald’s (not to mention it tastes better). Biggest waste of five dollars. Rude, indifferent, device obsessed teens expecting a free buck for doing nothing.

This place couldn’t care less. They ruin all my Starbucks cup, I don’t want to waste their cup so I buy my own cup and reused it, EVERY single time I bring my own cup there, I told the girl do not stick the order on my cup becuz it’s won’t come off, can she write the order in the piece of brown things like every other Starbucks, no she is not listening to me and ruin my 3th cups!

I love their spinach feta cheese wrap! Low calories. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. I usually order an Americana or dark Roast. I also like ordering traveler coffee packs for parties, it comes with small cups, plenty of milk, sugar and stirrers.

I really like this location. They have a lot of outdoor seating. I prefer sitting outside if I stay to enjoy my drink. The baristas here were very sweet, and au attention to your order. Quick tip, check groupon every now, and then for a great deal on a Starbucks card, but you have to snap them up, they don’t last long.
There are lifers at this location inside, I think they pack a lunch order a venti drink, and spend the day using the free wifi, hence why I appreciate the outdoor seating.

At 4:32 p. m on december 10,2015, this white guy with a beard didnt even call my friend’s name to get her soy chai latte hot and we sat there waiting about 10 minutes. He could at least speak up instead of not saying anything.

Gone here a handful of times each time worse. I’ve never had fast service. Always waiting 5 minutes or more just to order and it could be completely empty. Today was the worse. I go to order in drive thru today with a line behind me 5 minutes at the speaker repeatedly saying HELLO. I pulled up thinking it was broken but they said hello to the car behind me pretty fast. I then head to the window. To explain that I tired to order and no one was answering the blonde told me o okay and then shut the window. Extremely rude and will never go to that starbucks EVER again. Yucaipa Starbucks are more professional and even when busy I never wait 5 minutes.

Went to cold stones to get ice cream. After eating it I wanted some water. So I came to Starbucks to get a ice water. Everyone knows that water is free at Starbucks so I took a few dollars inside with me to tip them for my water. It took me about 7 minutes just to get an ice water. I shoulda took my tip back but I’m nice. Ice water shouldn’t take 7 mins. The girl who took my order could have just made it for me. That’s what every other Starbucks does. All they did was irritate me.

They were quick and helpful, classic Starbucks service. And their coffee was really fresh here something I really appreciate. Often times, I visit Starbucks late in the evening, and the coffee is not the freshest as they’re not really expecting too many people to pick a drip coffee as a beverage for the evening. However, I am one of those people. So I’m a little picky and a little hesitant sometimes to order a drip. But the brewed coffee here was nice and fresh. Thank you!

I love the energy of the workers here. They really seem to know their regulars well.
I must’ve come in too late in the day to get any food; the offerings were decent. But then, it’s not in a location that has a lack of food places, either. You really do come in just for coffee or to meet up with friends.
Lots of outside seating. Apparently, in the summer, there are people who are either busking or just randomly playing their music outside. You may or may not like their music enough to stay around this Starbucks if the music gets loud.

Kyle was excellent.. I got my birthday drink. He asked if my birthday was today. When I told him it was tuesday he still wished me happy birthday. The other gentleman working was very sweet as well. Drink was spot on! Love it, thanks!

I love the staff, I always love my drinks, and I love the atmosphere. I come here regularly to read or draw and every time I’m more inspired to work. The staff is wonderful and the more I come in the more I love them all. I like getting to know them as well as they like getting to me and most of their regular customers. The environment is friendly and homey, I think the only «downside» is their lack of wall plugs but besides that it’s great. I love this Starbucks all around and they will always continue to have me as a customer.

Came in to use a, buy one get one free coupon… The cashier & manager didn’t accept it because the coupon didn’t have a store address on it. Even though I told them I got if from a Redlands paper, they gave me a look as if I was lying. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place. The one in the Target store is much better!

What great energy from the team at this Starbucks @ 6:30am!!! Jonathan was a very helpful barista. They were quick and had our whole car laughing! I always love Starbucks coffee but when the team is happy and seem to enjoy their job it makes it even better. The only bummer is my drink was made wrong and we had already driven away before I realized.

This Starbucks is Ina great location with lots of stores and restaurants around. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for those who want to sit out and enjoy the sun. Seating inside is limited at times when people are there to do their homework or just to sit and chat with friends and so forth. The baristas here are ok. They aren’t as nice as those at other locations, not a lot of smiles, but I haven’t had any problems with them so it’s all good so far.
