Been there twice. Both times great food and great service! Had the all u can eat and lots of good choices. You can also order off the menu if u don’t want all u can eat. My wife likes the bento box and my daughter likes the sashimi salad. The garlic edamame appetizer was fantastic

We were seated extremely quickly around 5:30 on Saturday. Server was very friendly and attentive. We never waited more than 5 – 6 minutes for our AYCE rolls. Wife got the bento box and they were extremely accommodating with her pickiness. Random, but the bathrooms were amazing. Only downside was the cost was a bit high, but otherwise it was great. We’ll probably just come here for celebrations.

Ok, i am officially done with this place. My girlfriend and i both got sick the day after eating here on a Tuesday. Quality has gone downhill and most likely the freshness as well. I am done! Avoid

Food here is really good, it deserves a 4 or 5 star rating, But the manager is so rude and make customers uncomfortable and ruins a nice dining experience. Its really to bad because this could be a really nice place to dine. Get a new manager and turn this place around.

This place is great! the service is fast, and the servers are very nice. the bento boxes tasted great, and the sesame chicken is delicious. it was the first time for my family and I, and we had a great experience. Our server, Rami, was outstanding and polite. we will defiantly be back.

Loved the ambience and clean spacious restaurant. We did the AYCE and sat at the sushi bar. I loved all the food except the albacore roll. The fish was fresh and they didn’t over do it on the rice. We also left some uneaten food and they didn’t charge us. Will be back next time we are in the area.

This review is mostly about the service. While the sushi and food could easily give this place a four star rating, Service was absolutely horrible. I have been here three times now and every time I have come to this restaurant has been extremely understaffed. The first time I came in on a Saturday, and there were only three servers working. The place was packed and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to receive our second order of AYCE sushi. However, the sushi was pretty good… So I decided to give it a second chance. The second time I came in with my mother and father, and they couldn’t help but notice how unfriendly the working staff was– again I would blame this on being very understaffed. Third time is a charm right? NOPE! Again, I want to reiterate that the sushi here is better than most places in the area, but on this trip which took place on ½/16 made me decide to never come back. On this particular occasion we had a very sweet server who was very friendly and very professional. Unlike the other times I’ve come to the restaurant the server was welcoming. When my husband asked her about some of the menu items she was very accommodating, however in the middle of speaking with us, the manager YELLEDATHERTOSTOPTALKINGTOUS! Finally it all clicked, the reason why the servers had been so unfriendly was because they have a very unprofessional manager as their boss. This gentleman is very unpleasant. He will often go to every table to check in on customers, but he makes customers feel very very uncomfortable. In fact, shortly after undressing his server, he came over to my table for some small talk with my husband and me. Not once did he ask us how the food was or how our experience was going, it was simply Smalltalk. What made the encounter uncomfortable with the fact that he made a very sexist joke at my expense– something my husband was livid about. To summarize, the sushi here is probably some of the best in this particular area. But it is poorly managed! They need to hire more servers, because if the servers don’t even have the time to be pleasant, then they are going to lose more business.

Seeing as this is primarily an AYCE sushi joint, I didn’t expect much. I was looking forward to getting AYCE, but didn’t have the time, so just ordered a bento box to go. Seeing that order just sealed my decision of never going back there. Bento box, according to their menu, includes rice, salad, miso soup and 3 choice items. Right off the bat, they didn’t give us rice! The«salad» turned out to be steamed vegetables. Miso soup was beyond salty, like they scraped the bottom of the pan. Our 3 items were the mix tempura(ok), potstickers(was only given 4, menu said 6), and nigiri(only 3 out of the 4, shrimp was missing, and they’re the saddest pieces of sushi I’ve ever come across. Worse looking than packaged sushi out of grocery stores). I also ordered a Philadelphia roll, which is nothing special, but their quality is on par with really average sushi joints. For $ 27AYCE, I’d rather drive out to Riverside for Asahi Sushi, or even Sake2me in Tustin. I guess this area just doesn’t attract many sushi eaters, so I don’t see them doing so well. I gave them 2 stars for the kind and well-mannered service when I ordered to go.

Good sushi, but they won’t seat you if you are there 25 minutes prior to closing. I was craving a Coto Roll, and now I will be eating elsewhere, where the closing hours are more honest. On a more recent visit, I spoke with the manager about the issue(who was the same person who had turned us away). Initially, he was unwilling to do anything about declining service to us, but came back shortly thereafter and made things right. He said he would speak with the owners about changing the hours, to reflect when customers could receive service.

I called ahead to make a reservation and once we arrived they had a spot at the sushi bar reserved for us. I have eaten here once before and I enjoyed the AYCE sushi so we returned to try it again. We had a great server the last time, this time we weren’t so lucky. Nikki was our server and it seemed she went out of her way to be unfriendly and short when questions were asked about the numerous sushi items. Nikki kept reaching over us to pick up food for other patrons while we were eating. We asked that she not reach over us, but she continued to do so anyway. The sushi chefs were not too friendly either and seemed as if they did not want to be there. This place does things differently than many of the other sushi places I have been to. They make you fill out a sheet as to what you want, then put it into the system. As soon as the chef gets the list, he starts making the food. It definitely takes some time and you get most of the food you ordered all at once. They also have special items you can order like uni, halibut, jumbo scallop and crab, but you only get one of each. Tonight they ran out of uni early on, so I got no uni. I thought this was weird to run out of uni so early in the night. Everyone was ordering uni and the chef would just shout«no more uni» all night long. Pretty comical. The sushi was good and tasty, but the service is really lacking. Many times the sheet is completed with the selections we have decided on but we can’t get anyone to take the sheet. Service is a big part of the experience and if the service is bad it puts a damper on everything else. We expressed our concerns to the manager and he said some things will change. We may give this place another shot, but there are too many other places that are on top of their game to come back to another poor experience.

Been here a couple times for all you can eat sushi. We were greeted by a friendly man and immediately seated at the sushi bar, as there was no wait. We decided to get the all you can eat dinner for $ 25 per person. It is an amazing deal and I was pleased with everything I tried. I especially loved the salmon belly and halibut. The spicy tuna roll is delicious. I also recommend the sunset roll and the soft shell crab rolls. I also got the small green salad as a side dish and the dressing was very tasty. The shrimp tempura was lightly breaded, crisp and served hot. The place is clean, the service is quick, but my main complaint is the servers are not friendly, they are pushy, and not very helpful when I asked about items on the menu. The waitress also pushed her way around us to pick up orders, acting like we were in her way. The sushi chefs said very little to us, even as we were trying to be friendly and trying to make it a fun experience. Therefore, this place gets 3 stars instead of 4. We even asked that the waitress not reach over us, but she didn’t care and continued to do it through our entire meal. Because the price is right and the food is very good, we will probably give this place another chance.

FINALLY!!! An All You Can Eat place in RSM! Just what this town needed. Been here a few times, and it’s been nice every time except once. They’ve had specials both times we went. Buy one get one free on draft beer. Another time it was on sake. The bad time, she didn’t even know the specials and service sucked. I’m putting that experience behind me and chalking it up to an off night for them. They have an assortment of rolls, I always forget the one I love, I think it’s the rsm roll… or maybe the Coto roll? Or is it dove Canyon roll? Haha either way, the one with tuna and jalapeño is a must! The fish is always very fresh and prompt to come out. If you fill out all 3 rounds, they will gladly give you another order sheet and not cut you off. Prices are comporable to other AYCE joints. The décor is super sleek, the bathrooms are amazing! I always judge places by their restrooms. It’s always clean and super fab. I’d have a look alike in my house if I could.

After last night, I can soundly say I am done patronizing this place. Walked in with a group of four, on a Wednesday night, and — no surprise — it was dead. We were seated and told a waiter would be right over. After at least seven minutes, no one came by so we had to flag down a waiter. He sent over another waiter, and she had that look on her face like«this isn’t in my block of tables but, sure, I’ll take your orders.» We asked about specials. «Um, yea, I think we have specials tonight. Sapporo on draft is… I think $ 3 or $ 4; the large bottles might be $ 6.» Nice to know she has this down pat. We order two large bottles and four waters; she comes back with two bottles and three glasses. «Did you guys want three or four glasses?» She says this, while staring at a table of four people. I have to bite my tongue not to acerbically take this woman down a peg. The waters never arrive. We fill out the AYCE ordering sheet and hand it off to someone else, not our waitress. Sushi arrives… but we have no soy sauce dishes and no place settings with ginger or wasabi or, you know, any of the stuff a sushi restaurant is supposed to provide when you sit down. We flag someone else down and ask for them. They bring over four soy sauce dishes and TWO place settings. The person never returns to bring the other two. For that matter, our waitress never returns and some other poor sap has to essentially take over her table and help us out. But even he can barely provide an acceptable level of service. While we’re stranded on our desert island of a table, where no one can seem to get us any necessary supplies, there are TWO teenage girls standing at the front playing hostess. Would it maybe have made more sense to put another waiter on, rather than paying two airheads from Dove Canyon to stand around and talk all night? If I can give the waiters credit for anything, it would be for making it extremely easy to figure out the tip after we got the check. What’s 0% of $ 120? Coincidentally, it’s also the odds of my returning here to eat again.

Mizuiro offers made to order AYCE sushi for $ 20 for lunch(weekends are included) and $ 25 for dinner. That’s pretty much the going rate for AYCE sushi places. What sets them apart from all the other places is that they offer many more items in terms of appetizers, rolls, and nigiri. The sushi is pretty good and fresh as compared to other buffets. I also like how spacious the restaurant is. It can easily accommodate large groups. On this particular visit I tried the following: Appetizer menu: garlic edamame, chicken teriyaki, miso soup Nigri sushi: salmon, tuna, yellowtail, octopus, crab stick Rolls: tiger roll, soft shell crab, ladera roll Hand roll: salmon skin Everything tasted great. Dinner offers the same options as lunch as well as the following items: sea urchin, snow crab, Japanese jumbo scallop, salmon egg, and halibut. So it’s a pretty good deal for only $ 5 more. Children 10 and under are half price for the AYCE. If you aren’t super hungry, they offer bento boxes. Two item bento boxes are only $ 9.50. The two items my dining companion chose were the 8 piece spicy tuna roll and grilled salmon. It came with edamame, miso soup, salad, and rice.
