This place was fantastic. Savana (stunning woman) our hostess found us great seats around the pool. Fresh towels, lemon water, and a nice adult drink menu. It can not be beat. Plus no kids allowed!

This place is pretty hard to beat. Amazing margaritas, salads, and service! Stunning coastal views and relaxing ambiance. Definitely worth a trip!

Best place ever. I wish I could live there. I stayed at the terrena resort. Cielo point had a beautiful view and delicious food. My first experience there was okay until I knew what to get. Everybody has a different opinion but the salad and the French fries are the best. I loved the service. My server was so nice and innocent. She accidentally threw away my drink but replaced it right away she was so sorry and sincere. I actually felt bad.

The day I went was so hot I burnt my feet on the sand but the margarita I had after definitely soothed my pain. I was laying in the row of lounge chairs facing the ocean and we had a super sweet server (forgot her name) but she was so attentive and even brought us water (gotta stay hydrated right). Totally enjoyed myself and got my tan on– fun environment though I did see some of the employees sitting down texting and not being as helpful as our server. One of the guy servers dodged straight to a group of girls and would NOT leave their area (subtle, dude) the music was a little dated but overall I’d say this is a fun spot to come hide out and tan at.

I had higher hopes for this place. After staying at Terranea for the weekend, this was the last place we came to relax at before we had to leave.
Adults only pool. Pretty view. Not enough seats, we had to wait for about an hour till two opened up.
Drinks were ok. Servers and bartenders were very nice but slow. It took about 20 mins to get a couple tacos. The ceviche never came out so we just told them to cancel it. Took forever to get the check.
They didn’t have any music playing which was kind of boring.
Go to the spa pool, it’s so much better.

This pool/​bar is beautiful and the view is second to none. I like the seating arrangements, it’s rarely very crowded, and the drinks at the bar are well made. Overall a very chillaxing kind of place where you can get lost in thought while basking in the sun.
However, they should be doing legit pool parties at least once a week! I’ve seen a great DJ here but he couldn’t play the music loud enough to really make it a party… It would be really cool to have this place host a Drais (esq) event every now and then!

This place basically is a pool bar. does not have any food. They bring it from other places around the resort. It has good views of the ocean.
The Caesar salad is terrible. The croutons are all moisty and is not good.
If you are in terranea go somewhere else

The view makes it all worthwhile. I had two opposite experiences. The first day I arrived, not one person waited on me. The next day the server couldn’t have been sweeter. Friendly, pleasant & somehow knew the perfect time to appear. I will definitely be back. Hopefully to prove that the first day was a glitch.

While on a recent relaxing vacation to the Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes I discovered the oasis known as the Cielo Point Pool. This pool is an amazing place to take a dip or grab a refreshing pool-​side cocktail. This adult pool has a full service bar and all the amenities you could ask for. The pool is very clean and well maintained and even was set at a balmy and comfortable wading temperature.
I enjoyed my cocktail while taking in breathtaking views of Catalina and the rolling hills of Palos Verdes. There are even cabanas to go along with the usual beach chairs that surround the pool. This pool is only open on Saturday and Sunday so you must check it out on the weekends only. The food, view, and drinks are delicious and amazing at the Cielo Point Pool and is a must see on your weekend to-​do list!

Love this place. and let me tell you at this resort that may be difficult to beat. Somehow i still manage to get lost, lose my phone, lose my ticket and it seems like he is around to help guide, find and make feel secure. The view is awesome spend a day there if you cant spend the night

I highly recommend their asian tacos! Love the atmosphere where u can eat on the poolside. Gorgeous view, great staff, and overall great food! Would def eat here again during my next stay at terranea.
