Subway

I’m a big fan of Subway! We just stopped in tonight after a crazy day at Six Flags and the sandwiches were good, but the service was horrible. We walked in at 9:15 and the girl did not seem happy that we were ordering. I asked if they had closed at 9 and she replied that they closed at 10. After we sat down another girl started to sweep, and after she finished she continued to mop. She has basically mopped us into a corner, what if I had wanted a refill or needed to go to the bathroom? We also noticed that they had turned off the open sign. We soon got up and left, and my husband said bye, which was met with no reply. We left at 9:25, and they closed at 10. I understand the desire to close, I work at a restaurant myself, but we weren’t being rude and coming in late. The sign might as well of said they closed at 9, because that’s all the service we got.

The two girls, Alexis and Kasey were awesome and very friendly… Handled the line like pros. Made sandwiches that were great and just as we asked. We will be back

Nice, clean. Good service. But they need more help. 2 sandwich makers is not enough especially during peak times. Glad they are in the neighborhood!

By far my favorite Subway! The subs are ALWAYS fresh. Alexandria and Daniel were both friendly. I ordered a turkey and ham 6 inch and it was so good!
I went to the Subway on Milliken and Baseline near the Ralph’s and regretted immediately, the bread was not fresh and it ruined my meal.
I won’t be making that mistake again. This is my go to Subway!

Even though this place has some bad reviews, my service was great maybe because I was the only in line. My sandwich was fresh and tasted good. The place looked clean, I have been here a few times and each time the service has been good and fast.

I don’t like this location because of the childish games that the employees reflect on the customers.
I came in a few days ago and dropped $ 10 on a lackluster meal. The girl that was helping me out was very slow and acted like she had everything under control since I was the only person in line. Because of this, she told her coworker to go in the back and clean.
Well since cutting avocados is the most difficult task in the world, the line backed up to around 5 people. She started to show signs of panic and yelled for the girl in the back to come out and help. She runs out and starts banging out sandwiches! As I’m being rung up by Ms. Negative, I tell her thank you and to have a nice day. That’s when she turns around and starts mumbling something under her breath!
In a stern voice, I told her, «just because you’re having problems with your coworker doesn’t mean you have to take it out on customers!» Then I left.
Simply put; this is kindergarten antics that should be kept out of the workplace. This type of stuff should not be happening, especially when it’s thrown upon a customer. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you have to hate everybody else.
I gave this spot a chance and will not be coming back.

If the manager of this establishment has any words that need to be discussed to save this young girl’s job, PLEASE feel free to contact me. Someone who obviously hates their job needs a good harsh dose of reality.

Came in here long line 2 people working got the order wrong doesn’t listen subs look good but would not come back here dude is certain lack of service and they don’t listen to your order

They make sandwiches just as good as any other Subway restaurant. However, where they seem to differentiate themselves from the other restaurants is in their service. While in the process of paying for my sandwich, I realized I had forgotten to put avocado on my sandwich. Even though they were really busy, they were still really patient and cool with me as they took my sandwich back and put the avocado on. They didn’t hassle me or make any gestures that they were bothered by it. Thanks guys.

Stopped in after work to get a sandwich, Vanessa made possibly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! Will be back

Stopped in on my way to work and was very impressed! I’m used to the one in Ontario that’s pretty basic. This store was decorated very nicely and had a very clean appearance. I’ll be coming to this location much more often!

This place has great employees and they are nothing short of spectacular with service, food, etc. love it

We are so happy that Subway moved into our neighborhood! Nice and clean eat-​in, healthy fast food. We enjoyed the Courteous and Friendly Staff! Great location! We will be visiting often.

They just opened so they’re crowded, but already they’re produce looks bad. It looks like it’s been sitting out all day when they just opened. They service is subpar, I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve had food come back. I’d go to a different location, though my food had always been okay.
